With my husband out of work, I was worried about how to pay for replacing my 16 year old system when it stopped working. First person I contacted told me my a/c compressor was shot and I would need a new one. Garrett came out to give me price for a new unit, only to find out that a simple fix got my a/c working again. I am so very thankful for them figuring this out for me and saving me the cost of a new unit right now. So happy to have found them!

This is a small family owned business. They called when they thought they would be late (they ended up being only 15 minutes late). They were very courteous and knowledgable, and worked hard the entire time they were at my home. They had to source and drive to get the part needed to repair my furnace. They were very honest about the condition of the furnace and told me before ordering the part exactly how much the repair would cost. I will call them again and would highly recommend them.

Very responsive and quick service. I had them replace furnace and AC in my house. They gave me a quote for a similar system but I asked for pricing on a couple of options for more efficient systems. They answered all of my questions and gave me pricing on each option. I was very happy with the price, install and service they provided. They even came back a few days later and installed a smart thermostat I bought.

They fixed the problem instead of trying to sell me a new system.

Had good experience

Arrived promptly and quickly identified and corrected my broken AC unit. They even offered to return free of charge on a warmer day to make sure the unit is still working properly. They were great.

First of all....I'm always very worried to schedule any electrical or plubming issues -- always proves to be so expensive. From the get-go, I was so happy that they would come out to assess the problem WITHOUT charging a service fee of $80+. I mean, come on -- I'm only asking for the problem, not service or repair -- YET. These folks came out....VERY timely, provided a thorough check, told me the problem, AND beat the next cost quote I received by almost $1K!!! The delay in the repair was due to MY schedule...they were ready to go the next day. My system is back up and functional -- running great! I have already recommended them to 3 friends and will continue to do so, if asked.

I will be using them again for all of our Heating and Cooling services

As everyone else has said, they are wonderful. My wife called them to look at our A/C as it was leaking water on the floor. They came in and told us what was wrong and double checked the system and cleaned it out. It was awesome and I highly recommend them. We will be using them again. Highly recommended.

These people are incredible! Not only were they here within a half hour of my call (and on a Friday evening) they were able to give me a price to replace existing a/c the next day (today). I am happy to say my home is nice & cool, and this company is the only one I will ever use!!

Garrett Heating & Cooling IS THE BEST! The other guys hailed "CATASTROPHIC FAILURE" and quoted me $11,000 to repair/replace Garrett Came in and fixed it with a $20.00 PART! They are the BEST! I HIGHLY Recommend THEM!
