WOW! I hit the submit button and they were already on the phone! They were here within 10 minutes and had the problem resolved quickly and correctly without trying to find extras to charge me for. VERY impressed and will call them for any future needs!

The Pros from Garrett Heating and Cooling were just that PROS. They were very professional well experienced and were great to work with. I would recommend them to everyone I know, and my mothers friend does the same service, and I would still recommend the guys from Garrett before anyone else. They walked me through a few steps to make sure we were needing the service and it wasn't just something that I could do without having to call a service tech. The price was the best by far from anyone else I called and they were very prompt to make it to my home. Great job guys, And thank you. I expect a great decrease in my electric bill.

My air conditioner stopped working on Friday night. The next day was Saturday and forcast to be 97 degrees. I used ServiceMagic on the INTERNET at about 6AM to locate Garrett Heating and Cooling. Received a telephone call from Garrett's in less than 5 minutes to set up the service call. They came on time, diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor, and replaced the capacitor from stock carried in their truck. Also checked my system and found it needed one pound of refrigerant. The whole event took 20 minutes and they had my airconditioner back running before the house began to heat up.

They were very informative and professional. The explained each step as they performed their task. I felt very comfortable with the information and attitude of Garrett's. I would strongly recommend that everyone put them on their regular maintenance schedule.

I sent them a quote request on Father's Day morning at 0730 because of an air conditioner which was not pumping out cool air from the previous night. They responded immediately, 30 minutes later, they were at my front door, and after another 30 minutes they replaced the part, and we had cool air once again. Of course, I expected them to charge me premium rate because it was a holiday, and a Sunday. No, they charged me for the part, a standard service call fee, and 1/2 hour of actual (honest) labor, which was very reasonable. Thank you Garrett, you ROCK!

I submitted for A/C repair and five minutes later received a call from Melinda. She said they could be there today, but it wouldn't be until evening. By 8:30 they hadn't made it to the house and I figured I'd be calling someone else in the morning. Well, 10 minutes later Melinda called and was VERY apologetic for not keeping me posted, but said they could be there in one hour. Who works on this stuff at 10 o'clock at night? They do, apparently! They were in and out in 30 minutes and the house is coo-ool. Melinda and James were pleasant and very professional. Also, look for their $30 service call coupon in the phone book.

Garrett Heating & Cooling is the best company I have EVER worked with! He went above and beyond all expectations, the job was estimated to take 2 hours and they uncovered additional problems with our AC and repaired everything. Even gave me a significant discount on the project! I would highly recommend this company, VERY professional, kind, and courteous.
