Description of Work: I went to see about having an antique clock repaired. They were very professional and nice but the cost was higher than I wanted to spend on the clock. I did buy an antique key, however.

Description of Work: They were to repair my existing grand father clock movement which is about 40 years old. I was twice assured by company employees that they would not need the clock cabinet to complete repairs and a technician came to the house and took the movement for repair without the cabinet. After approximately 6 months, and after I had intstalled a replacement movement in the cabinet, they called to state they could not complete repairs on the movement without the cabinet. I therefore had them return the movement without completing any repairs. I could not recommend them to anyone else.
