I left a message about 11a.m. and he returned my call by noon. He was here by 2p.m. and did the work. There was a small glitch, which he was able to take care of with a part he had on his truck. He was very polite and professional.

We were without AC in 90 degree weather and Wade responded to my call promptly and came that same day and worked late to give us AC again temporarily until he could return, which was a few days later. He returned to complete the job and worked for approx. 5 hours with Mark and they both were very professional and completed the job that day. We used him shortly after again to repair a few issues that a home inspector found and Wade was very helpful to run the list with us, repair what was necessary and write up an electrical inspection note addressing the issues. He helped eleviate much anxiety around the inspection, we were very grateful for his services and honesty.

An electrician could have told me ANYTHING...and I would have done it...I thought that I would have to re-wire both boxes..that is what the initial workman 'hinted' at when they told me of the problem.(And I was thinking.."OK, how am I going to pay for this work!?" Wade was very calming and an honest company that I hope to work with (when I need it!!) in the future. And I jsut feel that 'they will be there for me if I need them!" I'm so happy that I found this great company that I can trust!

Wade was prompt in replying to me and came over later that day to take a look. After checking the system out he discovered it was a wiring problem and fixed it at no charge. Another great experience with Wilson Electrical. I would highly recommend them.

We had a broken intercom system and, with an open house for our unit only 4 days away, we had a very tight timeframe. Wilson electrical was able to set up an appointment with us within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue (the speaker box needed replacement) and made the repair. The cost was around $200 (for diagnostic visit, replacement part and separate installation visit). They were very professional and really cared about doing a quality job on a tight timeframe. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I sent an email detailing a few problems we wanted to have looked at. I received a very prompt telephone call in reply, and the person I spoke to resolved our issues without visiting. He didn't charge us for the advice, and it saved us the cost of a service call. Courteous, accurate and helpful.

I had attempted installation myself, but encountered an old style combination gas light/electrical box in the ceiling that wasn't compatible with the fan's mounting hardware. Wade and his partner Mark had previous experience with this problem and were prepared to adapt my fan with parts they supplied. They also made a point of carefully insulating my old wiring to avoid safety issues. The job took a couple of hours or so. Wade was quick with responses to all my emails, specific about date and time for the job and arrived in a timely manner making a point to call ahead. I wanted to establish a working with relationship with an electrician should I need future work. I'm happy with my choice.

He arrived exactly at 7pm appointment time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to immediately identify the problems I was having with my undercabinet lighting as well as a light I had in my garage and was able to fix it right away. The whole appointment took less than an hour and he even helped me move some of my track lighting heads in my kitchen because I was too scared to climb up on my ladder...and he made some nice lighting recommendations to help maximize my lighting exposure, so I was happy for the help! I will definitely be using him for any future electrical needs and keep him in mind for recommendations too...thanks Wade for all your help!

First let me start off by saying, this was my first experience using Angie's List and I'm very pleased with the result. Wade was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to all of my e-mails, and he was understanding when I had to cancel our initial appointment with less than 24 hours notice. We rescheduled a couple of days later, and he arrive exactly at noon, just as he said he would. Mark installed the new lighting fixture in the guest bathroom, while Wade installed the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and both turned out great. After they were finished I asked for Wade's opinion/advice on the possible installation of a ceiling fan in my main living room/dining room area of my condo. If I decide to go forward with the project, I'll definitely be working with him again. Plain and simple, if you are looking forward someone who will respond to your request quickly, arrive when they say they'll arrive, and do a great job at a very reasonable price then Wade is definitely worth giving a call.

Wade's work is of the highest calliber. Everything he has done is working perfectly and looks good. Wade's work was neat, efficient, and very professionally accomplished. Wade is prompt and courteous. We are completely pleased with all the work in has done. We look forward to having him handle any of our future electrical needs and would highly recommend him to others.

Scheduled an appointment for somebody to come out and look at significant electrical work to be done. I wasn't living at the property yet so I had to make a special trip out. Nobody showed up. I called and nobody answered. I got a call the next day saying they forgot and could they re-schedule. Yeah, right. There are 1000 electricians to pick from, why would I choose one that can't even use a day planner?

I called Wade to diagnose and fix electricity that wasn't working in part of the house. Wade was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within in minutes for a great price. UPDATE: Several months after we first used Wade, we found ourselves in an emergency electrical situation (power outage on a hot holiday weekend due to a malfunction in our circuit breaker). We called Wade, thinking there was little chance we could get him, but he did not hesitate to assist us. The problem was fixed within an hour and forty-five minutes (which included a run to home depot), and again, for a great price. We called Wade back a couple weeks later to evaluate other electrical services we need to have done, and he offered up cost-effective options for us to consider. We will be using Wade for all our future electrical needs.

Wade returned my call promptly and even offered to come that day because of the inherent danger of one of the wiring problems. We set up for the next day, predicted it would take less than an hour and even said that the $10 off coupon on Angie's list is actually honored at $20 off). He arrived 15 minutes early, called and asked if it was ok to start early (yes, it was!), and promptly got to work. We chatted while he worked on the wiring and I prepared dinner. He was pleasant to talk to, told me exactly what was wrong and where, and threw in a new switch and plate free of charge. I plan on getting a dishwasher and will certainly ask Wade to come back to wire the kitchen for a dishwasher.

Perfect. Coulnd't ask for anything better. He was prompt, professional and accomodating. Completed the work in less time than he estimated and even cleaned up, as though he was never there.

Everything went well. I would definitely use him again. He was very reasonable to the point where I gave him a little more money than he asked for. Don't waste your time calling other electricians.

Wade was great. He knew exactly what I needed. He was on time, clean and articulate. There was an issue with a damaged bulb but he was there the next business day on time to replace it.

Both times we were very satisfied with Wade's prompt service, clear explanations and no-nonsense, approachable manner.

We just purchased a foreclosed home and it had a number of electrical issues. This is our second time to need an electrician and based on our first experience with Wade Wilson, we didn't consider any other electrician. As expected, Wade arrived at our home at exactly the scheduled time. He always presents himself as a true professional and has year's of experience to solve all our electrical problems. Within 30 minutes he had isolated and corrected the problem. Wade will continue to be our electrician of choice and has earned our highest ratings.

My experience with Wade at Wilson Electrical Services was great and could not have been better! On Saturday evening (01/29/11), the light fixture in our stairwell started to flicker and smell like it was burning. So, I contacted Wade at Wilson Electrical Services first thing Monday morning (9:15 a.m., 01/31/11). I left a brief message describing my situation, and he returned my call within fifteen minutes. Better yet, he convinced me that he already knew exactly what the problem was and said that he could be at my apartment to fix it within a half hour. True to his word, he arrived right on time (10:00 a.m.), uninstalled the light fixture, found that his diagnoses was correct, and after my approval, promptly fixed the problem. Thus, it only took an hour and a half from the time I initially contacted Wade (9:15 a.m.) to the time he had the job satisfactorily completed (at 10:45 a.m.): unbelievable! Now, I realize that service times like this cannot always be expected, but because of Wade's promptness, thoroughness, and willingness to explain in detail exactly what he was doing, I will gladly call him for ALL of my electrical needs in the future.
