Description of Work: I had a faulty circuit due to water exposure on an outdoor outlet. I called Wade at 7:30pm and he identified and fixed the issue by 8:15. No doubt the BEST service I have ever received and I highly recommend.

Description of Work: After 4 phone calls and 3 emails we finally were able to have Wade's person to come out to give us an estimate on canned lighting, fix an outlet in the laundry room and hook up an outlet to a light switch. Wade said for 150 they could fix the laundry room outlet and fix the switch on the outlet. They spent about 5 minutes and said they could not fix the outlet in the laundry room and would give us a quote for that and they fixed the one outlet in the bedroom that took about 10 minutes. We never heard back on the estimate for the canned lighting or the laundry outlet. What a giant waste of time and money for all the contact hassle and 15? minutes of work!!! The gentleman who came to perform the work was very professional..

Description of Work: I had Wilson come out and install a new chandalier in my dining room. They worked around my schedule, were thorough, and installed my replacement fixture quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: We just had wood floors put in and were having electrical problems. Some of the nails used for the floor went through some wires. Mr. Wilson knew how to find the problem and solve the problem. If we EVER have electrical problems again, he's the guy we'll call.

Description of Work: Zip zap......found Wilson Electrical right after signing up with Angie's List today. Wayne called me back in just a few mins. Sent him photos of what needed repairing, he sent me a competitive estimate within minutes, and was able to come out within an hour after I called him back, and he even emailed me a paid receipt mins. after he left. I really liked the way he uses technology to efficiently run his business. Very pleased. Recommended!

Description of Work: Great job! everything you could want in an electrical services co.: responsive, punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgable. Wade and Mark fixed a botched electrical job at my place of business and hooked up a machine. Now everything is up to code and I feel confident that things have been done correctly. I own apartment buildings, run a small business and own a home- I have just found my new electricians. Thank you Wade and Mark.

Description of Work: Early this morning Mr. Wilson called to apologize for his professional negligence: he'd previously offered an appointment for a site visit and quote the next day of which he never kept and never called. His explanation was consistent with our hectic pace and lifestyle, smartphones, and tech glitches. The fact that he called, was self-effacing, polite, and very accommodating says a great deal about his character. It's not always easy to admit ones mistakes, much less call a virtual stranger to apologize. That exceeds business, that's civility and empathy.

Description of Work: Wade installed an exterior porch light for us. It wsan't a simple install, as there was previously no fixture nor electricity at the spot where we wanted it installed. Wade came up with a simple, attractive solution and completed the install. It looks and works great.

Description of Work: Wade came out and installed two outlets and fixed my recessed lighting. The appointment was at the end of the day during the brutal heat and Wade was a little late due to the heat. I asked him if he wished to reschedule and he was VERY thankful. He arrived at the rescheduled time, performed the work quickly and to code. He then gave us a discount since we offered to reschedule the appointment. Wade was professional and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I called Wilson to get an estimate for replacement of my garage wiring. He insisted that he could repair it, even though I told him it had already been checked out and was not repairable. I let him come over, thinking that, once he confirmed that there was no power, he would give me the estimate I requested. Instead, he merely confirmed what I had already told him -- that there was no longer sufficient power to the garage. Then he charged me for a service call, although he did not perform any service. He promised to deliver an estimate the following day, but never gave me any estimate. If he was incapable of doing the job I requested, or simply didn't want to do the hard work required, he should have told me so in the first place. Instead, he wasted my time and money. I regard this as a "bait and switch"!

Description of Work: Wade changed his schedule to accomodate me, returned to the site when I did not get his call due the insultingly poor cellular service Americans put up with, was concerned for my tenants apartment not being disturbed and troubleshooted a deviling electrical problem in the ceiling light circuit. He replaced an unsafe fixture, and outlet and did some extra investigations that were not in the original request. All good. B

Description of Work: I live in an older building and Wade came in to install a ceiling fan since I couldn't do it myself. Price was exactly as he quoted me, he even ran over a bit of time and didn't charge extra. Stand-up guy, very prompt, professional, and saved me some money by using an adapter to my old ceiling box rather than install a new one. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for minor electrical repair. I did not use him for major work (as I didnt have any) but my guess is that he would be very compotent at that as well.

Description of Work: They got my electricity back on in the basement and they helped me get my front light on (in front of the house).

Description of Work: I needed an outside light timer switch installed and an attic fan serviced.
