Once again Thomas did an outstanding job of finishing the basement. The basement is brighter and he installed a laundry room with utility sink. He also replaced the hot water tank, and now we never run out of hot water!

Although we ended up with a prospective business tenant who would do the remodeling for reduced rent I thought Wellington remodeling was a company I would definitely use. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time & ready to do an estimate for us. He has good references if you would like to see the kind of work he has done and speak with the people he has done work for. He had some very good ideas for the remodel we were considering and was one of the most friendly guys we spoke with. He is licensed and explained more about the electrical and plumbing issues we would need to consider than any of the other people we talked to.

Thomas is the most professional general contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only do his prices beat any other contractor's estimates, but he ALWAYS goes above and beyond "to get the job done right". While installing my recessed lighting, he discovered the existing electrical wiring was faulty and insisted that he re-wire the kitchen at no charge! Excellent attention to detail and all work is guaranteed! I will always call Thomas for my contracting needs.
