Updated: Finally called, made excuses, claimed I had 'no reason' to post a negative review. These guys are fired. Don't even bother to respond, and don't come back. They sent a tech who clearly had no experience with pellet stoves, didn't know what he was here for, and had to 'order the part' and he would call when the part was in. This was 10 days ago. In what world does something take 10 days to arrive? Sent a message via HomeAdvisor 2 days ago which has gone unanswered. The tech required a down payment of $175. That check has been cashed. There has been no contact from this company. No actual work has been done, there is minor damage to the stovepipe. I would have a very hard time at this point recommending this company.

Make sure you put tarps down to protect furniture, floors, also he will try to upsell you expensive chemicals, buyer beware

Fireplace was billowing smoke into house and now it is perfect and no smoke in the house whatsoever! My only suggestion is not to let the guys sit on furniture after the job as my chair got VERY dirty!

Shawn had previously cleaned my fireplace and came back to do the duct cleaning. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. I am planning for him to work on a chimney repair later this spring.

Shawn was great. We had not had our 3 chimneys cleaned in many years. We heat with wood and there was quite a creosote build up according to the pictures he showed us. We were quoted one price to come out and clean. Feel they should give the basic price if they do a basic sweep job and the higher price if they have to spend time taking off the creosote. That way one is prepared no matter what happens. Highly recommend Shawn.

It did seem pricey but I checked against estimates for this area and price was in the ballpark. I had not had my fireplace cleaned in four years and the soot and creosote buildup was setting off the smoke alarm in my house and scaring the beejesus out of my cats. I looked up the cleaning substance used after Shawn checked for me about the name of it and it is a pumice-based organic cleanser called GoJo. He did the job neatly- no soot inside my living room and was easy to deal with. I got out my flashlight and went into the fireplace after just to see and it was clean as a whistle and that was NOT the case before- it was pretty grim. I am going to go with yearly cleaning from now on and would use this company again.

If you're wanting to be fleeced out of your money, literally, as you'll have to rehire a reputable company to come back and actually SWEEP your chimney, I will would RUN, not walk, as far from these crooks as you can. Further, go ahead and ask to see their licensed certifications they proclaim to having. They won't show you because they don't have any. Doing a crappy job is one thing, being con men is another...

Their advertised special of course did not cover what we needed done. Total cost was over double. But they were communicative, friendly, prompt and courteous.

Arrived within the window provided and was on and out without delay.

The original cost of around $150.00 was reasonable, but the technician recommended a deep cleaning which was $350.00. True, the chimney had not been cleaned for a long time, but I don't see where an extra $200.00 worth of cleaning came into play unless the chemical used was insanely expensive. No floor covering or booties were used so after the technician left we found charcoal stains in our rugs and tracks out the door. The technician was friendly and concerned about our daughter saying she shouldn't be around when the chemical was used. It was also nice that he showed us how much creosote was removed. We will likely call them for our next cleaning, however I would want them to put down something to protect the floor.

As a new homeowner, I was happy to have this company contact me right away after finding them on Home Advisor. However, I felt like they gouged me on the spot with outrageously high prices. I was attracted by their $149 chimney sweep and inspection "special," but it felt like that's just a way for them to get a foot in the door. Ended up shelling out over $700 for the cleaning and crown mortar, which seems way overpriced. They wanted to sell me waterproofing spray to bring the total to $1,500, which is outrageous. Contractor also was messy and left soot on my driveway and yard without cleaning it up. Quality of work seems good, but won't use this company again and don't recommend them.

We had two chimneys and were able to schedule the cleanings within a week to fit our schedule. Shawn was on time and very efficient in cleaning both chimneys. Both chimneys were very clean at the end with the fireplace and area around them spotless. Definitely plan to use them for yearly cleanings moving forward. Would highly recommend.

The money spent was too much compared to other chimney places for an inspection and 10-15 minutes cleaning. The guy cleaned our fireplace but when he left and my husband checked still had to be revacuumed. Quoted cost to fix issues was too expensive. Talking about almost 1 thousand.

They gave a price over the phone and increased it afterwards.

Shawn did an excellent job cleaning the chimney/vent. The best part was, with a couple of phone calls we were able find time and got the job done on the same day, during the holiday season!

Great job and very thorough. The only negative thing I have to say is soot got all over my room the fireplace was in, and now I have to clean everything in the room. I am pretty sure this could have been avoided but the job done was good.
