The company called me promptly and scheduled the quote when I wanted it and was available. Our technician, Jonathan, was timely, friendly and respectful. He explained all the ins and outs of the work, and all the options. He was methodical,thorough, amd efficient and arrived ready to work! When I tokd him I needed to stay at a certain price point but needed deep cleaning and sanitizing, he trouble shooted and called his boss to get us the best deal. We ended up getting $100 off for everything we needed! Highly reccomend and we will definitely use this comoany again for future needs.

Other than the service costing 155 dollars more than quoted it went well.

I appreciated the speed that United Home Services responded to my Home Advisor request. They were easy to work with and not only were they on time for the initial inspection, they were also able to make the repairs the same day. Not sure we got the best deal for what they did since we did not have any other bids, but that's my issue.

They called 3 hours into a 4 hour window and rescheduled. However, when they did come out, they were fantastic.

Technician was punctual, knowledgeable and very courteous. We would use them again.

Last min they wanted to change schedule(morning) to next day, however they managed to send technician from different area to do the job in noon. initially I was informed 150$ for unlimited duct and vent cleaning, however technician told it is only one center duct which is covered in the package, not every vent!!. its 35$ each vent. so i end up cleaning center duct.

Hired United Home Cleaning Services to clean a dryer duct that hasn’t been cleaned for year (if ever) by a previous owner. They were able to squeeze in my service at a convenient time and were very courteous and professional. Great job!

We were under a time crunch. Originally we were promised a window, 12 to 3pm...he arrived at at 3:50 but , to his credit he called to say he would be late and then stuck to his new schedule. He cleaned up afterwards, showed us the chimney before and after. When he looked at the chimney he said it had been a while since it had been cleaned....we just moved in so did not know when the last cleaning had taken place.

nothing was mentioned up front about extra charge for a chimney that had not been serviced in 10 years.. was charged double the quoted price

Shawn came to clean our chimney which hadn t been cleaned in years. He was on time, courteous and efficient. There was a lot of creosote build-up so the process took about an hour. He took before and after pictures and explained the process thoroughly. He left the fireplace nice and clean. Will call him again next year.
