Jonathan went way and beyond all I can say is that I got more for my money

United Home Cleaning Service contracted Washington Chimney Sweep to clean my ducts. They vacuumed my intake vent and did a terrible job cleaning my dryer vent. They claimed to have sanitized my ducts. But did not. I was charged the premium price for a thorough cleaning of an entire duct system. $400 plus. I was taken to the cleaners by this clip joint. Beware of home advisor and their cronies. Their vetting is a joke!

Shawn came out the same day we requested the service and did a great job working through a challenging environment (impossible to get to roof, a hot and tight attic) to remove the blockage in the vent and get everything clear and working again.

Jonathan did a great job cleaning our furnace ducts. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing as he went through the process. I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would highly recommend United Home Cleaning Services.

He came on time. Very polite. Explained process and went right to work. Cleaned up afterward and no extra sales pitch. Will use again.

I read the online reviews of this company before hiring them. Of the approximate 60 reviews, I read 4 that were negative reviews for reasons like; work wasn't explained; cost vs work wasn't worth it; and Jonathan didn't explain much about the work. I hired this company & did get Jonathan as the employee/worker. The negative reviews were bullcrap! Jonathan explained each & every type of work that needed to be accomplished along with the cost of each area. I found that everything was done in a professional manner. And I would like to add that if people REALLY care about their family members and grandchildren who might be visiting, then have the work done correctly and not by some half-assed company. United Home Cleaning gets an A++ for their work & attitude.

I am not sure what Jonathan did. He laid out all the options. I went with basic. He worked at the main air return grill from the ceiling downstairs, placed a big vacuum to the vent. Then he appeared to cut a hole in his vacuum tube, and hooked up this tiny small vacuum. I asked him about it, I said I dont hear anything, he replied the Big Vac is very quiet, I checked the vents, NO air suction at all. He Left UNCOVERED the large return vent on the second floor (which was connected to the same return vent on the first floor), so if he was trying to suck dust out he would only succeed in sucking air from the upstairs. The sanitize process? I could not smell anything. After he left I pulled up a video on YouTube and saw how Sears does it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUDfRS8Y8yY this is my first experience with HomeAdvisor, it is also my last.
