The scheduled day for the service the team called and asked if they could come early, I was home and it worked out great!! They were professional, took pictures before they started the dryer vent cleaning to show me what was needed. Took care to repair the vent and cleaned up the mess. I will definitely use them again.

Jonathon did a very good job. He was knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. Any questions we had were explained and he also took the time to have a quick look down our chimney and retrieve some fire bricks that had been left there. He was great.

Be sure they know before they come out if you want a estimate prior to hiring. They sent a crew out and we ended up negotiating price before I let them start.

Jonathan was the service tech and I had the deep cleaning and sanitizing of the air ducts done. I was very pleased with his explanation of services, his work ethic and his suggestions for maintenance and future cleanings. I would use this company again.

Even though quote was for 125 he explained the higher cost (250) due to a deep cleaning and gave me a discount on the full price deep cleaning. He took his time to ensure it was done correctly for it to be safe. Did not suggest anything not needed. He had to climb into attic crawl space to locate current duct, as where it was expected to be it was not. Very appreciative of the work and coming out last minute without an additional fee.

They used a flapper thing to clean the chimney.it did a fair job but not as good as a brush and it damaged part of my pipe with the beating from the flapper thing, I was able to repair the pipe .the young man was nice and the service was fast but the way it was cleaned was not the way I would recommend.

They responded super fast and gave me reasonable quote. They did not pressure to use their company. The worker did a great job and so careful. He wear a shoe covers inside house and take off when he need to go outside. He explained everything while he was doing and suggested how we care our air duct and dryer, vent after work. Usually I m so stress out with these kind of job but this time it was very comfortable and feels satisfied. Highly recommend to everyone! Thank you again.
