Jonathan arrived right at the beginning of our scheduled time and did a great job explaining what he would do and cleaning our air ducts. He went above and beyond and was very polite.

Came about very quickly. Explained complete job very well. Before and after pics were very good. Thought it was a little expensive but overall very satisfied with the work that was done. Cleaned up after job was completed.

The chimney sweep showed up a day early. He did not call 20 min before arriving, as customer service told me he would. He was more interested in selling me a chimney cap than in cleaning my chimney (I had a new cap in my garage already and he didnt like it. Too bad, it was custom made. And what he had doesnt work on my chimneys-yes I have 2). I thought it would be a little cleaner when finished.

Contractor came and did not fix the issue, totally exceptable

The tech, Anthony was great! He inspected and pointed our items that will need attention down the road but did not pressure me into thinking it needed to be done immediately. He was fast, cleaned up everything, and even fixed a crack in the base of my fireplace for free. I definitely recommend their services.

really knew how to clean the long vent

Our technician, Jonathan, was friendly and very comfortable to work with. He was on time, in fact a little early, which was great! He listened to our concerns and addressed them well. I was happy that he vacuumed our chimney trap and cleaned the glass in our wood stove. We did have to ask for this service as it seemed to not be part of the standard chimney cleaning for this company, as it was for the chimney sweep we had service our stove for years.

Jacob was a great technician for our chimney and dryer clean out Patient in explaining what he was doing and so kind. A pleasure having him in our home.

The service tech was FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL!!!! I will DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY again!!! Thank you Jonathan, for a JOB WELL DONE!!!!

I did the $99 dryer vent cleaning and am happy with how much fluff they got out of there. Jacob called me over to show me how the dryer hose had a small hole and that I should replace. He told me a new hose would be $16. I asked if he could just repair as the hole was towards the end of the hose and it is just a short run to the dryer. Later he called me over and said I should get a new hose (not sure what happened to the repair suggestion/option) but I agreed to go ahead and replace, confident he was making the right call. When all the work was done, he came in with the bill and it included the hose for $60 and not $16! I guess with his accent and the unfortunate similar sounding words of sixty and sixteen I just could not process the lack of a **nnn** sound at the end of the word and misunderstood. It is just my bad luck that the hose was not $59 or $61 so as to better distinguish. Anyway, I still gave them a good rating for service but beware of a ticket that goes from $99 to $116 to $160 to $174 after tax. Just get every price change/add-on in writing so as not to **mis-communicate**
