They came out on time and performed work as requested.

We are so glad that they did come out. He called and came and promptly went to work on our chimney from the inside (clearing it completely out) and then going up to the roof and clearing out much needed debris and was told we need deep cleaning. The gentlemen then came back the following week to patch up the chimney and roof area which had been exposed. We will definitely use them again and also I have a friend who requested someone and I am giving their name to her to contact.

this company knows what they are doing. they helped me fix my chimney and replace a broken fireplace cap. they made it so we can have a working and safe fireplace. i shall hire them to clean it out after the winter finishes.

My chimney was in pretty bad shape. We had taken out an old wood insert when we bought the place and when we got it looked at it seemed like it had never been cleaned and was a major hazard. They deep cleaned our chimney and got it all sealed up for us for a reasonable price. Would happily hire them again for chimney cleaning.

I was very impressed with United s work and especially with Jacob, the technician. He was thoughtful and professional, explaining everything he did with before/after pictures. I give them my highest recommendation and will call them again next summer for my annual chimney and fireplace cleaning.

Very knowledgeable and presented a good solution. Honest and had good follow-through. Would have rated higher however the job site was not cleaned up afterwards, with garbage and debris left behind.
