Individual was great and Informative. Followed United Home guidelines. But the fireplace still has black wall dust which is unsightly. It s on all three walls. Neighbor took my recommendation to use United Home and her fireplace is perfect... I m afraid to clean as I m unsure how to without moving bricks, how to prop-up fireplace glass window without hurting the gas flame and without injuring myself. The service gentleman was nice.

I hired them to inspect my chimneys. They did a thorough cleaning and crown repair on two chimneys. The technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job. He came back to finish as the job was more (the additional fireplace) than I originally expected.

I hired them to inspect, service, and clean my fireplaces. They were quick to schedule me. But they did not give me a quote, saying that they had to see my fireplaces first. I had them come and assess. They came on schedule, and even gave me a call beforehand to let me know that they were on their way. After the assessment, getting the quote and agreeing to a cleaning service, they gave the fireplaces a good cleaning there and then. It was my first time ever hiring someone to look at my fireplace, so when they told me how much it would cost me, I thought it was a bit high. So, I did a little research online, and found that they were on par. I think they did a great job. But we'll see... I have an upcoming home inspection for the City of Lakewood's RHSP Program. I had no issues with the workmanship. However I was given a quote over the phone but when they arrived the found other things that needed attention. They were probably correct but it wasn't within my budget to do so. I felt there was too much pressure as they wanted me to apply for credit right now to get the work done.

They did a very good job cleaned up everything and were very conscientious, we asked if we would need to change out the chimney to our wood stove and the tech took a pic and sent it to his boss and they told us we did not need to change to change it then gave us a list, 2 things, of what we should do to keep it going well between cleaning.

They were able to get in and get the job done earlier than predicted. Very helpful
