The employee who came was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Made the experience easy and he took the time to explain the needs of my chimney. Though I had planned for only a sweep, it became a larger job as we had issues we were unaware of, cracks, damage, and major creosote build up. Our own fault as this chimney hasn't ever had service done the whole 15 years we've lived here. But now we are all set and hopefully only need annual sweeping for years to come.

had a "can-do" attitude- a prior hired chimney person was not able to accomplish the job as my stove is an older,obsolete model- though still in great shape.

Came out twice- Initially to start the job and then they come back to complete the job. They made it right and didn't charge me extra. They were curteous and helpful.

When I called to set up an appointment, I spoke with the office and told them I needed a pellet stove and a regular chimney to be cleaned. When the gentleman showed up, he informed me they did not do pellet stoves. This was never told to me by the office. I was disappointed. I did have the regular chimney cleaned and inspected. The gentleman was very informative, professional, and understanding of the problem with the cleaning of the pellet stove. Would I use them again, I'm not sure. I need to find someone to clean both.

Tech did not put down dropcloth, left dirty handprints on my hearth, and soot on tile flooring in front of fireplace, asked ME for scott towels and cleaning product to clean fireplace glass, told me I do not have appropriate logs (which I do not!) and told me I had to order new logs (which I do not), I have a thermostat that controls the fireplace. Because he did not know what he was doing, he pushed the button near the pilot light button and disconnected the thermostat. He left the fireplace running and left after I paid him. I could not control the fireplace and called my son, who came over and found that the kid had disconnected the thermostat. It was 85 by the time e got it turned off. When I called the company to get someone to fix the thermostat issue, I was asked why I had not taken pics of the dirtty floor and handprints! I asked for my $ back. That was Thurs, to day is Tues, no refund yet. DO NOT USE this company.

Logan was very professional. I have an wood burning insert that made the cleaning a challenge for the inside portion of the soot removal. Logan was very patient and took all the step to ensure everything was cleaned and remove from the fireplace and the work-space.

My fireplace was working properly. I needed confirmation that the logs were reseated properly as there was ash forming on the glass. The confirmed the logs were properly repositioned and there was no charge.

Jonathan was very polite & knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done & the price & why. He was clean & neat & pleasant.

They were a no-show the first appointment. After I rated them 1 star they offered to do the work for free. So I re-scheduled. The technician was nice enough - but I had to remind him to reset the bricks in my wood stove and he didn't get all the soot cleaned up that he created. I assume my chimney is clean. I have had a fire in the stove and it seems to be working correctly.

Everything was done with clear explanation and efficiency. We now need to get a hold of him to get the information he suggested to patch our fireplace crack. All in all we are very satisfied and would hire him again and as a Realtor I would recommend his service.

Nice young man, very efficient and did a great job.

The guy was nice and the work area was clean and the job was done quickly, but the fireplace still lets a little bit of smoke into the room when we tried to use it.

Service was waaaay too basic. One sweep of one flue out of two. He could not inspect the top of the chimney because & the roof was too slippery do we are not dure if the cap is ok.
