Excellent service and the job was completed and explained very well. They cleaned up and there was no residue left around the fireplace after a deep clean, cracks were filled well, and our fireplace was brought back up to a working condition quickly. Appointment was slightly late due to scheduling issues (they had an unexpected job that ran late and pushed my appointment back a couple hours), but the service made up for the delay. I d go to them again for fireplace cleaning and maintenance needs.

Gustavo with United Home Cleaning did an excellent job. He viewed and photographed our chimney. Gave us problem and solutions and prices. We made decisions on stove not cleaned in 30+ years, and he did chemical and 3 brushings in 45 minutes and it looks like new inside! We are now safe - no danger of chimney fire We will have him now annually and for more work on base and shingle connection.

THOROUGH! We ordered a chimney cleaning/inspection for my mom’s fireplace that had not been used for years. He not only told us what it needed to be safe, he took pictures and showed us...no surprises. The tech Gustav was super friendly and got the work done in a short period of time. We liked him so well we’re going to have him clean OUR fireplace! Thanks for the great service.

Shaun was great. Very nice and polite. To the point and professional. In our case it took him about half an hour to inspect and clean our fireplace.

The man was very quick and efficient and explained everything he was doing. He took pictures of what he was doing, and showed them to us so we could see the difference. Overall, I was impressed with his manner and work!
