I was ok with $100 charge to clean up air vent for dryer. After cleaning from inside, air vent wasn't completely clean that hot air was not coming out. He was claiming that additional service was needed from outside and it will be additional $100. At that moment, I did not want to call for another service that I told him to do it, even though i was questioning that shouldn't air vent cleaning be done from both inside and outside with base charge? My house air vent is pretty straightforward, nothing complicated to clean and I watched him doing the work. He kept asking me to go back and forth to turn on heaters and get tape for me etc etc. At the end, I feel very scammed and overcharged for sure

My chimney got messed up in the earthquake and needed repair, capped and cleaned. The guys that did the work were easy to work with and did not try to sell me a more costly solution than I needed. They were efficient and friendly and did a great job
