They were very professional. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment and also 45 minutes before they arrived. They did a great cleaning job. No complaints.

Amazing service. I hired United Home Services for a deep clean. They sent two lovely women who were very efficient and cleaned the entire apartment, including inside of oven, fridge, bathroom, etc in under three hours. The house is spotless and Iâ ll definitely being using the service again. Highly recommend!

Gustavo & Jessy were the technicians for my project and they were both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with it. They quickly diagnosed my problem and had a fix proposed within 15 minutes of arrival. They had a price for the effort in another 5 minutes and were able to complete my job on the same day as arrival.

Air Duct Cleaning handled the screeching noise emanating from my furnace unit pretty quickly. They recommended their heating system repair service and proceeded when I agreed. The result was pretty convincing. It was a great service overall because of the quality and the price. Thanks for the quick response!

Jessy and Gustavo were incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, and wore their masks at all times. They located a missing brick inside our fireplace during chimney inspection that would have caused a house fire (we would never have noticed). They were able to get us a new quote within minutes and repair everything that day. We can’t thank them enough for keeping our family and our house safe!

I haven't used the fireplace in 7 years, possibly longer. Shawn was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The inspection reviled the fireplace cap is missing so that will be installed by United Home Services. I look forward to using the fireplace this fall. I'm extremely satisfied with United Home Services.

The gentleman arrived in the scheduled timeframe. He was very good explaining what he was doing and seeing during my inspection and sweep. I had a crack in the base of my fireplace that he showed me the materials he was using to fill it prior to applying it. Very clean, very thorough. Would use again.

My only hesitation was they will give you a "cash discount" so you don't have to pay sales tax. We took that deal as it saved us 10%. But I do wonder if taxes were paid. Other than that, they were very professional. Did a great job. Very polite. Plus they take pictures of everything! You know exactly what the problem was (they found problems during the inspection) and what was done to correct it. Very happy with everything.

Received a prompt reply to my inquiry for a chimney cleaning and they were able to come out the next day. They also took pictures so we could see the issues causing all the smoke. Additionally they were able to make a small repair to our chimney cap that had begun to crack which can allow water in and begin to compromise the bricks.The bid was reasonable. They were very efficient and cleaned up the entire area very nicely as well both inside and out of our home.

Gustav and his work mate were knowledgeable , professional , and personable when they advised us on how to repair the crown , as well as install a new cap for our chimney. I liked That they were able to photograph and remotely send them to their senior mason and owner , who then itemized And crated an accurate detailed estimate in writing. It happened that the repairs were able to be made that day, with the exception of one part for the top, which they returned on a later day to complete. The crown was repaired with a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail . We are pleased with the work.
