Home services was prompt and did an amazing job servicing our gas fireplace along with cleaning our dryer vents that hadnâ t been cleaned in years prior to the purchase of our home. Tal, our technician, was able to clean everything up, check for leaks and suggest things we could add for aesthetics. I would highly recommend them for any home services they provide.

An excellent experience. United Home Services contacted me immediately about servicing 2 gas fireplace inserts, and set up an appointment, also providing a discount due to servicing multiple chimneys. The two service people were courteous and described clearly what was needed. One of our gas inserts had been problematic due to poor service from another provider last year--it had been misadjusted, leading to noxious burning odors and a blown-out blower sensor. UHS fixed all this, bringing the flame to the proper adjustment, replacing the blower sensor, and making sure it all worked properly before leaving. Highly recommended.

I had an insert type of fireplace build with metal (or sheet metal), not the masonry type. Called a few contactors and finally found that \ united home Servies can repair it. Gave a quote and told me that some parts had to be ordered. When parts arrived and the weather was good, they gave me a call and immediately worked on the project. Finished in a few hours.

They are not really a 'cleaning' the fireplace but more inspection of it. I thought I was paying for cleaning of it also so pretty expensive for the few min. Took to check it out. He did go up on roof to check chimney etc. Sean was very polite and very knowledgeable

Extremely professional. Offered 2 different workable solutions to my issue. Has Creative problem solving needed for the many upkeep challenges of an older home. Extremely friendly and excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex repair issues to the nervous novice retiree. Will hire again for several upcoming projects! Thank you!

I turned off the fireplace gas on Saturday night & couldn't get it re-lit. I pulled a 2020 invoice from my files & called them Sunday morning; auto-answer said they were sceduling after 4/13. I filled out a request online and received my first phone call within 15 minutes and was told someone would be here between 8-12 Monday morning!! Sean called at 8 & said his ETA was about 15 minutes. He arrived within that 15 minutes. He was very nice, professional, personable & explained what he was doing & showed me how I could turn the pilot off/on & re-light myself. I would definitely use United Home Services again.
