Extremely professional. I was so impressed by this service because of the professionalism and so friendly too! They were on time as scheduled and had the job done quickly. We actually had them look at our brick work on our chimney and they came back to fix that as well. What a fantastic service. Not enough words to say how great these guys are. So glad we hired them for our chimney work.

Very professional. Called enroute with an ETA. Arrived on time. Placed drop cloth around woodstove. No mess. Cleaned and inspected woodstove and chimney pipe. Shawn was excellent and I will be scheduling another cleaning and inspection next fall with United Home Services.

Tal could not have been nicer. He was patient with all of our questions. Showed us pictures of what the problems were. We were a little taken back with the cost of all of the repairs....but everything was done perfectly.

They were able to the job asap for a sale inspection which I highly apppreicated .Thank you

I had a leak in my chimney and had United Home Services inspect, seal and had a custom cover made and installed. Very attentive to detail and was able to find the leak. Highly reccomend.

Shaun and Jason did great job on repairing chimney cap

The workers were nice. I was desperate the leak fixed so I paid more than I would ordinarily (my husband recently died and I had enough problems without a leaking chimney). The workers agreed to send me photos of the repair, both by computer and copies pf the photos by mail. for some reason I can only get some of the copies on the computer. it says they can not be downloaded so--I have called at least 5 times requesting the copies to be sent by mail. The man is nice but it has been several weeks and no photos! help!!

They did an amazing job. They worked late to get it done on time - they even brought in extra guys. They were all sweet and well mannered. I would definitely recommend!

Jason and his crew were fantastic, They were very hard workers, they got this large job done in two days. Jason was an excellent communicator and kept me informed during the entire process, Definitely would recommend.

The owner and all the employees were polite and professional. Great company and Michael the owner was always attentive throughout the job.

We needed something to keep squirrels from falling into he chimney and down inside the house. They would fall in and not be able to climb out. Another company out and did an inspection and quoted a tremendous amount. David came and did a great job of giving us what we needed without overcharging for things we did not want or need. He was very professional and gave us just what we wanted and needed. He took pictures of his work which were very helpful since we could not see it from the ground.

Excellent and quick work!

I received a call to schedule a time to discuss the project. The project was to seal the brick, install a chimney cap, and seal where the flashing met the roof. The job was completed as soon as was possible taking into account the weather. I was provided with pictures of the before and after work done on my chimney. I was pleased with the work that I saw and the level of service I received.

Mike in the office called me within an hour of posting my need through Angi and set up an appointment for the next day. Tal and Antonio arrived early within the given window and were done in a little over an hour. Tal explained everything to me after preliminary inspection, measured the chimney for the custom cap needed and proceeded to clean the chimney, grout in some cracks between bricks in the firebox, cleaned and rearranged the gas log set and checked the gas pressure, and demonstrated how to open and close the damper properly. Because we needed the chimney cap, he waived the cleaning and inspection fee. All told a quick, responsive, capable and very professional crew.

Showed up on time and completed prject

Estimate not itemized. Advised this would increase cost. Chimney issues had limited picture documentation. Estimate given with less than 5 minutes work. Estimated seemed to be off the top of the head ($3000).

Jessy, David and Gustavo came out today and were absolutely amazing! All done in one day and my chimney looks brand new! Clean and efficient! Very friendly and would highly recommend! Great job guys!
