Gustavo did a great job! The interior dryer vent was clogged and he was able to clear it in no time. We originally thought we were going to have to buy a new dryer, but a little research and a great Pro, like Gustavo got us back on track. I highly recommend!

Jessy and Tal gave me a good bid after assessing the repairs needed to the top of the chimney that had been damaged in a storm. When it came time to do the work it went off without a hitch because of the planning they had done. Work was completed in the time they said. Great repair, cleaned up after. Highly recommend them.

I found this company through online reviews and very pleased with the work they performed! I had part of the chimney rebuilt, inner steel liner installed and point entire chimney. Tal were prompt, professional and excellent work! Tal cleaned up afterward where you would never know there were any construction work done prior! Tal was great , he remembered all tasks we discussed during our consultations and completed them all.

Gustavo came on time. shared before and after pictures of the vents so I could see the difference. When I asked questions he answered them. What warmed my heart the most was my 6 yr old was curious and wanted to watch but Gustavo stopped his machine and asked if we needed by. Safety and acknowledgement of my little's was the gold star! Jessy and his tall partner arrived on time and did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning my dryer vent and sweeping my chimney. They explained everything they were doing and made recommendations for furture maintenance. They left no mess and always removed their shoes before entering the house. I would highly recommend them for any services and will be contacting them again next year!

Very professional, they came and within 2 hours they were done. I had a bad vent flute for my hot water tank and they replaced it as well as put a steel lining in my chimney, I would highly recommended United Home Services.

We were having an issue with condensation in our chimney which was causing residue to drop into our fireplace hearth. I called United Home Services and they literally came over within an hour or two and advised us to have our chimney lined with stainless steel as of currently was not. This solved our problem and we are very happy. They are honest, professional, very experienced and caring. They were empathetic to my issue, knew the solution and performed the job without a trace of evidence that they were ever in my home. We are very pleased and Iâ d recommend to anyone who needs any sort of chimney work.

Poor customer service. On October 25,2022 an inspection and estimate was done with Tal. Gas fireplace needed a new door since the current one shattered, had slight gas leak, needed to be cleaned and outside vent area cleaned. Paid half by credit card and once the project was completed the remaining balance will be paid. Tal took the door with him to reorder a new one which he stated should take about a week. I asked him to email me a copy of the estimate and charge. 2 weeks went by with no communication from United Home Services. Called on 10/7/2002 and spoke with Mike, he had to check and stated that he would call me back today, No phone call back. On 10/11/2022 called and spoke with Keith from United Home Services. Explained my frustration and he said he would check on the status and call me back "Today", no call back. On 10/13/2022 contacted Home Advisor to notify them on the situation. Per Home Advisor, I should post a rating and they will contact United Home Services and to give 48 hours for a phone call back from United Home Services. 48 came and went with no phone call. I have contacted my bank to dispute the $440.00.

I normally have my wood stove and chimney inspected and cleaned every year, but let it slide for over two years due to COVID. Of course, prices have gone up, so I shopped around. I looked online and with Groupon coupons and reviews with a number of options. The owner of United Home Services returned my call on a weekend. He makes a wonderful first impression and clearly cares about his customers. His price wasn't complicated with add-on charges and was the lowest of all the companies I researched. The service itself was on time and thorough with an incredibly polite and thoughtful person. A wonderful value of service and price. I have lived in my house for over 30 years. This is THE BEST chimney service I have ever had.
