Description of Work: I had misdiagnosed an electrical issue with a ceiling fan I had installed. Vito came out (on a Sunday!) Opened up the fan and quickly fixed an issue that I thought was going to cost a heck of alot more. No Sunday charge, no nonsense. Honest, competent guy.

Description of Work: I have had Vitas do several different projects as part of my home renovation. He intially installed a HVAC system. He completed all of the work in a very thoughtful and diligent manner. We also had him add an electrical circuit for a booster pump in our basement.

+ -1 moreVytas was polite, helpful and cost conscious of our needs. We are having him come back to install the light fixture and some additional outlets in the bedroom. He was also punctual and even did the work late on a Sunday night.
Description of Work: Vytas checked my air condition outlet and overhead fan for shorts. The A/C was okay but the fan outlet was found to have a short circuit as the wiring in the attic was quite old and frayed. He removed the fan from the ceiling since it was too heavy for the ceiling, and recommended that we install a smaller, lighter light fixture which would be safer. He also adjusted our motion sensors and replaced one of the overhead light outlet boxes on the front porch. Vytas was polite, helpful and cost conscious of our needs. We are having him come back to install the light fixture and some additional outlets in the bedroom.

+ -1 moreI called on a Wednesday afternoon with an urgent electrical problem - our garage electricity was out and we had had sparks flying from the circuit board. Vytas said he was able to come later that evening. Then he called back and said he could come earlier as another job finished sooner than expected. He came and spent a few hours diagnosing the problem. He tried to get a temporary fix, but was unable to (the problem was underground). He scheduled to return on Saturday and quoted a very reasonable price. Vytas called the day before to confirm, and arrived shortly after his scheduled time (he had trouble finding parts for the job). The job of replacing the underground wires ended up much longer than expected, but Vytas stayed until it was complete. He also improved our service to the garage and checked to make sure that the wiring was safe and met our needs. Throughout the job Vytas had a friendly and pleasant attitude, he explained things as he went, he also checked with us if he had any questions and before he made any decisions on our behalf.
Description of Work: Repaired electricity to our detached garage, including replacement and cleaning of underground pipes.

Description of Work: Installed heater in garage. Repaired outside lights and rewired a variety of inside lights that were causing problems. On time, price was right and the individual was most professional. I also hired him to repair a garage heater on 11/10. He replaced a single part and charged me for his time.
