They could not schedule this Big Deal until January or after Holiday.

She laughed when I said I had a 3 bedroom house, and said she wasn't a robot. I asked her to clean as much as possible in the time frame and she said she would need more money.

I talked to them and we can’t schedule something that works for both of us, so we can't use them. They were very nice though.

I've purchased several cleaning deals, and Marias cleaning is the best, by far. Twice, the persons whom Maria sent were great and did an excellent job. They are as fast as with the other companies, but they also actually do a wonderful, careful job. Most efficient and professionnal. People with other companies did a fine enough job, or sometimes barely, very fast but not very well, not very careful, and I always had a bitter taste after they left: that was a waste of time and money. Maria's people came today for the second time and after they left I just purchased another deal from there, because they simply are the best and the service is well worth my money. Very satisfying.

Great job and fast since 3 women come to clean. They call ahead so I know when they will come. Kind, trustworthy, and prompt. Things put back in place. Respect and care for my furnishings a plus.

They cleaned everything as they said they would but I was disappointed about how well they cleaned the floors. The clearly vacuumed and ran a mop over them, but they didn't scrub. I wiped the floor with a wet towel after they left and I was still getting up a lot of dirt. For $120 + tip I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that, a crew of three with four hours to work with, should get the floor clean. When I do the floors myself I wash them with a soft brush and/or a rag then I vacuum it after it dries to get up everything the rag loosened up. Should I have explained to them that that is how you clean floors or am I spoiled by my midwest farmer mother's cleaning standards?

The women did a very good job, overall. I did provide the cleaning supplies, but I was not home at the time, so one of my adult daughters was in charge of the house that afternoon. There was lots of heavy cleaning to do, and I really needed the help at that particular time, so I am grateful for the service they provided. I had very minor issues with the job the women did. They used a cleaner on our wood floors that dulled the finish (although it was reparable, and it is fine now), and they allowed something to become lodged in my vacuum cleaner (a $5 bill, as it turns out) which made the machine inoperable until I discovered the problem. But the women worked very hard and enabled me to complete the job with some light cleaning and re-arranging. I did not have the time to do the work they did on that particular weekend, so I appreciate all they did. In the future, I hope I am able to get all of my own cleaning done, but if I had to hire an outside service, I would not object to using this company again.

My husband contacted the company since we just terminated our previous service and I am too busy. He greeted them and was at home for part of the cleaning. He called me to ask me about cleaning products and I still don't know if they provide the cleaning supplies or not. Apparently they had some but they were also using ours. We are very happy with the service in terms of how clean most rooms appear to be, etc. I was not happy to find a bag full of cleaning rags on my kitchen counter when I got home from work. (Not sure if this information was disclosed to my husband beforehand). Conclusion: I am not going to pay $100 in the burbs to have my average-sized house cleaned with my own products and then have to wash a bunch of my own cleaning rags. (If they can at least take care of the rags, then I would consider providing the products.)

On time and complete. Since 6 hours was not enough time for the whole house, we worked out a plan to complete the job. Some details were over-looked, like a few light switches, but in general the work was good and my house was tidy (i.e. all supplies and equipment picked up and put away.)

Called to schedule. She wanted extra for being located outside of city of Chicago. The property is in the north suburbs, not far at all. They also wanted to charge $5 for vacuum and $15 cleaning supplies. Don't care about the money but that's a bit too much. $105 is cheap, they should just raise their rates - would be much better. What they are doing is like a used car salesman.

The arrived on timecards an exceptional job. Highly recommend.

Vendor was responsive. I received a reply within 1 business day. However, since I was out of their service area, I am not able to comment on service quality. Grade A is based on responsiveness to let me know I was out of their service area.

It turned out very well. She was great and responsive, getting back to us very quickly. It was convenient, and we were very satisfied with the cleaning.

finished the bathroom and the kitchen whether It went very well. The two women who came worked hard for two hours (what I paid for with my coupon for 4 hours of cleaning at $105). They asked when they finished the kitchen and the bathroom whether it was acceptable and it was--very much so. They also did little decorating touches in some places to make things look extra nice--like adding the shells I had with the soap in the soap dish. I will definitely use them again!

The girls were very late and did a mediocre job on dishes and dusting. It felt like they were in a hurry and didn't pay attention to details. They didn't stay the full 4 hours I paid for and cleaned a room I didn't want touched. But, the floor and bathrooms were clean. If you need a simple clean, I think they will do a good enough job, but if you need something more thorough, you might want to go with someone else.

, At first it seemed fine. Then at the end they told me the price. 230 $ . This was not what I expected at all. I had talked to the owner on the phone. She declined to come see the house but after my description she said a usual cleaning every other week would probably cost around $ 90, but not to quote her on that, and that the "girls" would tell me. She said the first cleaning would probably be " little bit more." So I guessed something like $ 150 max. I have never paid more than $ 120 to have my house cleaned, and almost always it has been $90 or less. She did not tell me I needed my own cleaning supplies. The girls were very nice; three of them, and they worked for 2 hours and 15 min. But They were peeved to have to bring in supplies from their car. When they told me the price at the end I was shocked. They said they charged $10 for gas, and $10 for cleaning supplies, and 30 $ per hour for the first cleaning, but that later it would be $ 22. (I was not sure why the hourly charge would be different, since work is work, although I could see that the amount of time would be more for the first cleaning.) My house was not unusually dirty for someone who has been spot cleaning on her own for a couple of months. I argued with them about the price, said I was totally shocked, that the owner had not told me charges for gas or supplies; I also told them what the owner had estimated, and what I had imagined. Finally they agreed on $ 175, which is what I paid them. But later I was sorry I had given them that much, because over and over I discovered things they had not cleaned, and the quality of the work was less than what I have usually received. I wrote a long letter to the owner explaining how upset I was but she did not respond. The next day I wrote another, because I had discovered all the things they had not done. They had even left the garbage bag of trash on the back porch. There were cobwebs everywhere, although I had pointed them out at the beginning and given them a long pole with a duster especially for that purpose. They had not cleaned the microwave. There was more I will not go into here. I demanded part of my money back and said I thought $120 was generous for the quality of the work. I did not hear back from her, even though I told her otherwise I would write her up on review sites. I learned my lesson of trusting an owner, who seemed very nice on the phone, without having her quote me a firm price.

We made our request somewhat last-minute. My husband and I were holding a pre-wedding dinner at our house for our family and bridal party. We were flexible on the exact time for the cleaning, so our request was accommodated when a crew was nearby for another appointment. During scheduling, Maria promptly returned my calls and provided a final schedule the day before the cleaning, as we discussed. On cleaning day, a three-lady crew arrived on time. I quickly showed them through the house, provided cleaning supplies, and they dove right in. In 2.5 hours, the house was immaculate. They even vacuumed the rugs in our laundry room, which fell outside the area we expected them to clean. They neatly brought the cleaning materials together and set the rags near the laundry. We were extremely satisfied with this service.

The person who does the scheduling is very professional and personal. However, the agency is only in my area once a week and there were problems with scheduling a time but it was very pleasant working with the scheduler in setting a time. On the first time that the three women came to clean things went well. However, on the second time the cleaning was far from satisfactory. The bathroom sink was not cleaned; the bathroom floor was left dirty; the kitchen floor was not mopped and tables not dusted. The cleaning crew seemed hurried and anxious to leave. My experience with the highly recommended housing cleaning services such as Three Maria's and Anna's Professional Services is that initially they are good but that level of service is not maintained.

This company is NOT an A-grade provider. I just called Maria because I saw the two deals for $105 for 4-hrs of cleaning and $140 for 6-hrs of cleaning, and despite a similar "F" grade I saw from a recent reviewer who described the experience as rude, unprofessional, and incomplete, I decided to give it a try because there were so many other A-grades. When Maria answered the phone, she had me wait while she yelled into another phone completing her previous conversation. She asked me a series of questions about my property, and we discussed my needs, and I could tell she was more interested in me when I told her I wasn't just looking for a one-time cleaning, but an ongoing bi-weekly relationship. Then she asked me if I would be interested in having them stay longer than 4 hours if they were not finished and I told her that I didn't think 2-3 people would need more than 4 hours to clean my small home, as I've had it deep-cleaned before, and I asked how many people she sends. She then responded that the price was for "man hours", not two or three people, and that she knew "for SOME people that's SHOCKING" but she has to pay her employees a living wage. I told her that I was making an assumption based on the fact that other people on Angie's List described two to three people arriving at the job related to this deal for $105, and that they called themselves the 3 Marias, and I was just going with the information that she provided in her advertisement. She could have clarified very easily without jumping to very hostile sarcasm, as I hadn't calculated or considered price per person when I called to find out about the deal. So, for people who had 2 staff appear at the job, I assume she either charged $210 for 4 hours of service, or had 2 staff stay for half the time advertised. Either way, she's charging $26.25 per person per hour - which would be a more accurate portrayal of this deal. As such, it may still be a "deal", but I think this company is misleading in its advertisement, posting a very low fee to grab your attention. If not purposefully misleading, she should clarify what it is she's selling, or not respond with such hostility when her advertisement yields such confusion. In the event that she doesn't alter the advertising (and I doubt she will), you have the info here. I made an inaccurate assessment of cost based on shoddy advertising. I'd certainly be willing to pay more for someone who cleans my home with care, attention, and reliability, but I wouldn't spend two minutes on the phone with such a woman who chose to be sarcastic, hostile, and unprofessional, as had also been reported in a previous review. I don't know how 3 Marias managed to rack up so many "A" grades from other people, but don't believe the hype. Personally, I don't think it's possible to receive "A" service from someone so bitter and hostile. Keep looking. "F"

2 ladies came, on time, and proceeded immediately to work. Cleaned 2 bedrooms and 2 baths completely and did extra duties without being asked. Total satisfaction. Hired service for weekly visits. .

Professional cleaning crew arrived on time. Asked what I wanted done. Immediately got to work. Cleaned everything I asked for and more. All were very respectful and friendly. I will definitely use Three Maria's services again and highly recommend them!

I contacted Maria yesterday and she called me back promptly this morning. I explained to her I just had some interior work done in my home and had another cleaning company come through the house yesterday but was beyond disappointed with their work. I explained I saw the deal for 6 hours of work for $140 on Angie's List. I told her I'll take that deal but may need extra time/work. Three polite women showed up today at 2:15pm and worked until 4:15pm. Here is the issue: I get a call from Maria at 4pm. She explained the ladies working at my home were besides themselves because it was so difficult. The women cleaning never said anything to me. I explained to her that I had a cleaning crew in yesterday day and they did an awful job - Her response - "It's not my problem". I explained to her that I got the deal on Angie's List (though she said I could just pay the women directly) and it doesn't have any stipulations to the work that pertain to my home - Her response - "It's not my problem". I asked - "If your employees thought the job was be too difficult or if they felt that I misrepresented my needs, why am I getting a call with 15 minutes left in the deal to be combative and argumentative?" Her response - "That's your problem". I explained that I have a pregnant wife (40 1/2 weeks) and really must have the place clean - Her response - "You're a great husband and It's not my problem". * She told me I misrepresented myself because it was very dirty and looked like there had been construction. Of course it is dirty, I told her when I spoke with her that I just had interior work done due to the unfortunate and unforeseen necessity in replacing my roof. The interior work was followed up by a subpar cleaning crew that is why I needed the place properly cleaned. She said "I'm sorry to hear that. I've been doing this for 19 years and the girls that work for me aren't here because I'm is a charity case" I got the gist of what she was saying. * She told me my vaccum doesn't work well and it's making their job more difficult. They had to use my vacuum because their vacuum was broke. I apologize MY VACUUM wasn't up to par maybe for your next client you can bring your own vacuum. * They threw in the towel after 2 hours and said they were done. Normally this would be fine if I had 2 hours worth of work but I don't. After the 1st hour I had asked one of the three cleaning women what the hourly rate would be to continue cleaning after the 2 hours were up. She stated $22 per person per hour. I agreed to that rate and assumed they would continue working. I told Maria that I would be writing this review in addition to contacting the BBB - she responded she would respond to my review stating that I misrepresented myself (over the phone). Not sure her logic makes any sense. I have to admit what was cleaned was done well but I'm left with 2/3 of a house needing a cleaning service. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company listed on Angie's List!

It was fine, though ultimately I selected a different vendor because I want to be able to communicate via email and not phone conversations.

Impressive job. Our condo was in need of a good spring cleaning, and this company delivered! Even little details that other companies have missed in the past were completed this time. Everything was clean, dusted, etc when I arrived home. Even all the baseboards were sparkling! We plan to hire the company on a monthly basis in the future.

The most important thing is--nothing went wrong. Surfaces were cleaned, but not damaged or scratched; stainless steel appliances were treated with care; bathrooms were spotless. A wonderful crew of professional women. We feel that they treated our home as they treat their own. A marked improvement over our past experiences. I hope that the "Marias" (Margaret, Margaret and Yolanda, if I have tat right) were satisfied with the experience, as well.
