This one-person business had no availability at all the first time he was needed (during the year end holidays). I called back after the new year and set an appointment two weeks in advance. Took the day off work to meet this provider. Had heard nothing in advance and called day of appointment an hour before the set time to confirm his arrival. Larry said he was now working on another urgent matter, had another pending, and would likely not be able to be there at all that day. I offered to reschedule for another time or day, but expressed my disappointment since the appointment had been set long in advance and he hadn't even bothered to call with an update. He responded VERY unprofessionally, basically saying that if I can't understand I should just get someone else (which I did). Bottom line, this is a small one-person provider with no backup. He'll take on what he perceives to be more lucrative business and leave existing clients in the lurch, not honoring existing commitments (and apparently without even bothering to let you know). Unacceptable!

I called Larry and he scheduled a visit around 1 hour after the call. They took care of everything efficiently and spent the time to explain things in detail.

For two years I've had trouble with my Navien tankless hot water heater. It would work for a few days, and then stop and show an error code. I've had the original installer out, researched fixes online and even had the gas company out to verify proper gas pressure. Larry and Henry from Starbright corrected the problem (improper install) in about an hour and explained everything in detail. Will have them out again.
