It didn't. They were supposed to call me the night before to confirm the appointment. When I didn't get the call, I called the service tech the morning of the appointment. His mailbox was full on his cell phone. I called the main office, they said they would contact him. I called them back, and they said they got the same message as I did. I waited about a half hour, kept trying and finally called back the main office. I asked them what was going on with this employee, had this ever happened? They admitted they had been having problems with him and things weren't going so well anymore. Thank goodness I hadn't left my home in suburbs to meet him in the city at our condo rental. It would have been a wasted trip. An hour later, I got a call from the tech. He said he lost my number, etc. Wanted to reschedule, but I said it probably wasn't a good idea. I found another company to perform the work and they were great. - Chicago Carpet Care.

Spotless sent out 2 employees to work on my 3 story home. They arrived within the designated time and got straight to work. They started at the top where the bedrooms are and worked their way down. They cleaned 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. They mopped wood floors, wiped walls and baseboards. They also vacuumed and did a complete cleaning of my kitchen. They left everything literally, spotless. The couple was professional and worked diligently. I was VERY impressed with the quality and price. My husband, who usually does not notice anything, immediately commented on how everything looked. I have already hired them to work again and will be using them on a regular basis! Hire them immediately!

First used this company about a year ago for one-time services to get the house clean before parents were staying with us - because we don't clean much ourselves, the place was a mess, but Spotless Cleaners lived up to their name and completed the work in under 2.5 hours. We continued to use them for one-time cleaning, and when we decided to look for regular service through a third party online bidding site, their bid for our requested services was the lowest. For the weekly appointments, they are consistently on-time or early and have continued to provide solid service for the price. Occasionally, there are a few minor things we notice that have been done quickly or overlooked (cobweb removal, bed making, tiles high up in the shower, etc.), but the important things like sinks, shower floors, kitchen, etc. are always well cleaned, and when we arrive home after the crew has been there, our place definitely feels fresh and clean overall. Additionally, their office manager is diligent and pleasant to work with; she's been great about accommodating schedule changes and calls before each appointment to confirm and ask if we need additional services.

I had them out a few months ago and the girls were fantastic.. although they missed some spots. there policy is great to come and clean again.The second time:The mishap began with customer service and phone calls after making an initial appointment. We set the date and time and something opened up on their end for a different time. They called 3 time in 30 minutes. I called back and asked for them to please not call several times in a row. Again later that evening the same thing.. 3 times in a row...The second time I had them out. was horrible. The didn't clean under any rugs, couches, or corners.I had some easily removable paint spots on the floor ( using a cloth) and I had to show them how to wipe them.They were apologetic, but not for 65.00/per hour.

I phoned to inquire about carpet cleaning services and spoke to the owner, Juan. He was so professional and personable...I scheduled right away. Juan arrived on time and because he was unsure how my carpet would turn out (hadn't been professionally cleaned 1 yr and I have 2 dogs) he said that he wouldn't charge me. WHAT!? Who does that? A great business man in my opinion. Well, my carpets looked wonderful and I've scheduled a a standing return visit monthly. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend this company!

I was overdue on my carpets and after some research I chose Spotless Cleaning Chicago. Now I had never heard of the Dry Carpet System and was skeptic, but after the owner took the time to explain the process and answered my questions, I agreed to their service. I opted for an hour house cleaning as well since they were able to do it all in the same day. There were some terribly bad spots and most of them are completely gone. Only one was stubborn, but it is hardly visible now. My carpets look crisp. A job well done. I was also, satisfied with the cleaning they left all my counter tops and mirrors squeaky clean. The inside of my fridge looks like new. My house was pampered! It was a half day ordeal, but I was able to leave and run errands. They called me once everything was completed. I thought that was very convenient.

I was impressed even before they came out. Juan Padilla had extensive knowledge and experience and I knew I had made the right choice for myself. Having severe allergies to many cleaning solvents, I could tell Juan knew his business. Unlike many companies who falsely tell you their products are natural, Spotless Cleaning's non-toxic products exceeded my expectations. And the drying time was amazing. I did not have a soggy carpet. I actually felt a difference in the air quality. I received a high level of service for the money. They were also careful with moving all furniture and respectful of my time. The next day I found a spot that needed a little more cleaning and Juan came out so quickly, it would make your head spin. He gave me a sample of a natural spot remover and it worked beautifully. They are professionals in every sense of the word and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and quality..

I have used them in the past too for residential cleaning. They send out people since it?s a cleaning service. I had a coupon for their service. So I spent $35 instead of $80 for the service. The people who came out and did the cleaning were really friendly and efficient. There were two people who worked for an hour and they got a lot of work done. They brought their own cleaning supplies and their cleaning supplies were all environmental friendly and nontoxic. I would recommend them to others.

I live on Michigan Avenue and was very pleased with the company's carpet cleaning service. I recommended Spotless Cleaning to a few of my neighbors and they all loved the carpet cleaning and professionalism as much as I did. The carpet cleaning was phenom and all of the people who used them have been ecstatic. Spotless Cleaning Chicago and the carpet technician have gotten me a lot of rap, so I figured I'd give some back. They were very honest and told me one of the stains might not come out and wanted to know if they should continue. Somehow or another they knew I had my carpet previously cleaned and that's part of the reason the stain was a bit more "permanent". They explained the process and even though some of it was over my head it made me feel comfortable that these guys really knew what they were talking about. One interesting thing is that at times they had to use a heater to remove the really tough stains. The heat is not to dry the carpet, but to open up the carpet fibers ... again it was just interesting to learn a few of their tricks. The tech brought out his special kit, identified the stain, and patiently worked it until it was completely gone. Did I mention that they use an innovative dry method of carpet cleaning that leaves your carpets totally dry by the time they walk out the door? I left with my husband to grab lunch and enjoy the day and when I came back I touched the carpets and they truly were totally dry, clean, and looked like new. At the time they only serviced Chicago, but they even made an exception to go out to Palos Park, IL to my parents home.

I really needed a deep cleaning of my carpet.I have three energetic dogs and one 8 month old baby which have turned my beautiful beige carpet into a nightmare. The best part of all was that it was a dry carpet cleaning system which did not affect our schedule in anyway. They were also flexible with my availability. I scheduled my appointment for yesterday and I must say, it looked like a brand new carpet. Juan, the Carpet specialist was able to remove a wine stain and a piece of gum that had been there since we moved in. I was so happy that my also made an appointment with them next week.
