I called and expressed my displeasure, and without me even asking, they sent out another crew the next day, free of charge, and remedied the issue. The crew that came the second day was extremely apologetic, and assured me that the previous days work was not indicative of the quality of work they do. They cleaned everything, from the blinds, to the appliances, and even the baseboards. When they left I felt like I could eat off of the floor. They honored their claim of 100% satisfaction, and I will absolutely use them again. Since they cleaned our place I have recommended them to other people in my building, some of whom have already used them, and are quite happy.
Subsequently, we rescheduled the visit and their crew of two arrived on-time. The house had recently been remodeled and we were about to move in so our primary concern was construction dust. Although we had no furniture to be vacuumed or moved, the crew expressed concern about being able to complete the job in 4 hours. I told them that we wanted all of the door and window casings, and window sills cleaned with a damp cloth but after they left, it was obvious that this had not been done. They did do a good job cleaning the downstairs bathroom of dried grout from the tiling work but gave the kitchen cabinets only a quick wipe and did not vacuum the back stairs as requested.
As I noted above, our primary concern was the dust on and around the doors and windows and this was not handled satisfactory.
All went well, I was pleased. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the check, which I wrote to pay for the work, still was not deposited at this writing. I called the provider and was told they wait until they have "enough" checks to make a deposit. Glad to be aware of that.
The cost quoted above was with a 10% discount coupon. It was a bit more pricey than I typically pay but it was worth it.
