Spotless Cleaning Chicago

The cleaning team was so, so thorough and professional. They worked diligently to get the house sparkling for the new owners... floors, carpets, appliances, cabinets... they covered all the bases. They pointed out areas that needed additional cleaning and I was happy to allow added time to really get the job done right. I was VERY impressed with their work ethic and the final product. Highly recommend.

They are great cleaners, very thorough, they are very careful with your possessions.

Excellent.....Josefina and Evelia always do a great job. This deep clean was OUTSTANDING. The extra time and attention to detail well worth the reasonable cost. I highly recommend Spotless....professional, punctual, flexible and just plain nice.

It went really well,tho they had a conflict with schedule of booking. I thought that they have to come to continue help me clean but they told me that there was a conflict with scheduling. But everything went well especially the service. They did a good job, I will recommend to my friends.

The two people who came were very efficient and did a great job, cleaning my stove like it hadn't looked for years. The only issue was that I had a hard time communicating what I wanted prioritized, and in order to get the basement done they had to go over the time I paid for.

They really leave your place spotless and they are super friendly.

Spotless came by earlier than expected, and were professional in all aspects. They did a general cleaning job post-party for us,and things went well. We have a lot of black marble surfaces in the kitchen and baths, that tend to slow the process, but the crew seemed relatively unfazed. overall, service was great and we would consider using again.

We love them; they are great. They are great cleaners. We use them at least once weekly. My husband wears suits and dress shirts to work so they clean his shirts and shoes. I was going to go there either today or tomorrow. Pretty much we are there once or twice a week. They are pretty prompt and we have been going there for about 4-1/2 years. We like them and are pretty loyal. They have never damaged or lost anything. Kim, the owner, is very nice and personable. I think their pricing is about like everybody else. They seem to get everything out and take good care of my husband's shirts. They don't do same day service, but I have never asked them to do it. They have everything ready when I need it. They are fine.

Went very well. Very thorough. Take their time. Very clean when done. Would use again.

It didn't go so well. I had used them 3-4 times in the past, and the first time they were very good and thorough. The second time, they weren't as thorough, and the last time, I just wasted my money. The most recent time, they sent a supervisor and someone being trained. The two people were only at my home for 2 hours each. The last time they were at the home, the two people were laughing and joking and got about half of the work done they had been able to do the first time they came out. I called the company, and they sent me some random “Restaurant.com” coupon to come back to them but I expected 2 hours of additional service. I also hired them to do a clean-out for a client – nothing big but just clean the floors, etc. Spotless Cleaning were 2 hours late, making my client late for work. I had to go to the client’s apartment and wait. When I called the company, they offered a discount but the cleaner left all the lights on, and just generally made me look bad. It was also difficult to get in contact with the company; there was a lot of back and forth. I also had to pay them extra to have them vacuum my stairs; time management was not good with them.

Although the they pretty much arrived on time, the first thing the older woman brought up was that "anything that required more than two hours was going to cost extra". This turned out to be a self fulfilling prophesy. Instead of splitting responsibilities, they mostly worked on the same room together. That was a mistake. As a result they spent more than half the time on the master bedroom and master bath. Our regular housekeeper of 20 years is very sick and won't be comng back. I have used about 4 different housecleaning services since she quit working. Some sent 2 workers for 2 hours and some sent 1 worker for 4. The solo workers have always done a great job in about 3 1/2 hours. The only time 2 workers were sent they finished in 1 3/4 hours. At the end of two hours today the living room and kitchen floors were not cleaned and the kitchen counters and sink was not touched... In addition they did not even enter the guest bedroom... I normally tip for good service.. I did not today.. I refused to ask them to stay over and pay to have them finish... Rip off.

It was awesome and I used them another time. They sent 2 people out to do the job and got the job done about 4 hours. The scheduling was good.

This service was very quick to respond to our request. A team of two arrived right on time and did a spectacular job of cleaning the apartment. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, floors, etc. quickly yet efficiently. I highly recommend this service and will use again.

Even though their description said residential services, the gentleman said they were involved in a big commercial contract at the moment . He did not even provide me with a quote.

The cleaners showed up on time, and although I had to leave spent the allotted time cleaning our place. However, when they left the stainless steel on the appliances had not been touched, and the blinds had not been cleaned. These are two things I expected, as the condo was completely empty, save for those items. I called and expressed my displeasure, and without me even asking, they sent out another crew the next day, free of charge, and remedied the issue. The crew that came the second day was extremely apologetic, and assured me that the previous days work was not indicative of the quality of work they do. They cleaned everything, from the blinds, to the appliances, and even the baseboards. When they left I felt like I could eat off of the floor. They honored their claim of 100% satisfaction, and I will absolutely use them again. Since they cleaned our place I have recommended them to other people in my building, some of whom have already used them, and are quite happy.

We had difficulties with Spotless Cleaning in that we had scheduled an appointment with them and the day before we expected them to come, I received a phone call indicating that they would "not be able to fit us in to the schedule". In other words, we thought we had a confirmed appointment but they didn't. Subsequently, we rescheduled the visit and their crew of two arrived on-time. The house had recently been remodeled and we were about to move in so our primary concern was construction dust. Although we had no furniture to be vacuumed or moved, the crew expressed concern about being able to complete the job in 4 hours. I told them that we wanted all of the door and window casings, and window sills cleaned with a damp cloth but after they left, it was obvious that this had not been done. They did do a good job cleaning the downstairs bathroom of dried grout from the tiling work but gave the kitchen cabinets only a quick wipe and did not vacuum the back stairs as requested. As I noted above, our primary concern was the dust on and around the doors and windows and this was not handled satisfactory.

All went well, I was pleased. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the check, which I wrote to pay for the work, still was not deposited at this writing. I called the provider and was told they wait until they have "enough" checks to make a deposit. Glad to be aware of that. The cost quoted above was with a 10% discount coupon. It was a bit more pricey than I typically pay but it was worth it.

The maid did a great job cleaning the house and everything looked spotless. There was somewhat of a language barrier, but that didn't inhibit her doing a great job.

They did a good job. I had no problem. My overall experience with them was pretty good. I have used them once. I found them on Angie’s list. They did down town service. Their price was a little higher, but it is a city and you have to have insurance for the condo. They have like some weird way of doing the way they do it. I was actually waiting and I got a call and got into the appointment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were alright. They cleaned okay. There were no additional charges. They did a little bit above average job. It wasn't outstanding, it was okay. They came on time so I think that was good. They cleaned most the stuff. They weren't very organized, but they cleaned everything alright. They put everything in place, they put everything as it is.

We were having a party, and they were able to come in last minute, and do the cleaning before a party, and because of that, we picked them up to do cleaning every other week. It was a good experience. Each visit is 120 Dollars for 2 people for 2 hours. They come in, they are prompt, they get the house clean, and they do more than what is listed on the services to perform, for example they will collect the dishes around the house. They go above and beyond in what they do. I would wash the dishes before they came, and one time, I had left dishes in the office, and they came and picked them, and hand washed them. I was surprised. They call me an hour before they get here. If anything comes up, I can call them to stay additional hours. They are very responsive.

Very professional. Always on time, and always sent the same team. I also specified they needed to be non-smokers (not just not smoke in the house, but not smoke at all). They were also very good to my excitable dog. I had weekly service with them for almost two years. The only reason they are not still providing house cleaning services is because I moved out of the city.

They were AMAZING! I was throwing a surprise party for my 29 year old son in the middle of a condo renovation and I finally gave up trying to clean the place from construction and make the party in time. I called in the morning and they were there by 3pm and did a FABULOUS job. Use them!!

They were excellent. They were very good and very personalized. The guy helped me all the way. He helped me to move the stuff and everything so he can clean. He came on a Sunday because I told him that we were supposed to go and he needed to do it. He's very accommodating. Our experience was very good. They did an excellent and prompt job. They do their best. They did whatever they can. Whatever they can't do, they explain it to us. They explain to us what has to be done in the future. They're very honest. I recommend them to my people.
