HORRIBLE! They did not arrive on time for the appointment... When we rescheduled and they came, they cleaned but did not remove most of the stains as the guy "did not have the stain remover." I paid half the money, and they promised to return asap to remove the stains. We scheduled an appointment and they did not show up. We rescheduled and same thing. Finally, they showed up a couple of weeks later, and did not remove the stain or do the sofa as promised. They said they'd come back. Upset, I asked for my money back. They did not give it, so I successfully contested the bill through my credit card company, showed proof, and got a full refund. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING this company.

The work was scheduled for the next day and I was able to select the time for them to come. The crew was prompt, well-groomed, identified themselves and were very courteous. They worked efficiently, but carefully. The price was right and they left everything clean and neat.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Made appointment for 9:15 a.m. No show, no call. Called every two hours thereafter, was given excuses, empty promises that someone would call me, or that someone would show up. No follow up. Eight hours later, nothing. Wasted entire day on these clowns.
