Worth every dime....and it took a lot of dimes to get this job done! On time, everything looks BRAND SPANKING NEW, and even though Sir Grouts prices are a little high, the workmanship was outstanding. Saved me many hours of back pain in a DIY job that I'm sure would not turned out nearly as well as their product.

The technician, Trey, did an amazing job. Everything was clean and even, and Trey's choice of grout to fix the surround was a perfect match. I'm very pleased and would definitely choose SirGrout again.

I hired Sir Grout initially in September of 2017 to clean grout stains and mildew in our tiled shower stall, which has both ceramic tile and glass block. They did a steam cleaning of the grout, and applied a white acrylic grout. I was a little concerned about the residue that was still left after the cleaning, but they assured me it would be OK. This initial work cost $1094.00, and lasted till about February of 2017, when the stains and mildew problems started to seep through the acrylic. They came back at that time to do a touchup, which was supposed to remedy this problem. However, the problems once again surfaced early this year (2019). I called them back once again, and Dan came out to inspect it. He felt that applying the acrylic or epoxy over the existing grout would solve the issue permanently, but after the first application and a touchup, I wasn't really convinced, so I requested that they remove the existing grout, and apply new epoxy grout. This cost $1520.00 So far (after 2 weeks), it looks pretty good, but I will report back in about a year. The crew was very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. In retrospect, I would have had them grind out the existing grout to begin with when it was apparent that there was still some staining and mildew.

It went nowhere! This is total disaster! I would never hired them and taken days off for nothing! It’s a simple job, now I left with no other options.

Excellent in all ways. The proposal was done before he left the house and we scheduled the work for 3 days later. The 2 man crew arrived 10 minutes early and did a walk through with what they would be doing that day,. After 90 minutes they asked me to verify the grout color before they started. All in all, very professional and courteous with an excellent outcome.

Ann was so helpful when putting together a quote for me. Eddie and a John were the techs - on time, professional and amazing work done. They exceeded my expectations. The marble in the master bath and grout between the ceramic tile in the guest bath look brand new. I would highly recommend getting this done to refresh your bathrooms. Ask for Ann and Eddie!

The woman who came to my house for the quote was very nice and did a very thorough inspection. She explained everything I needed and what I didn't. She never pressured me to get schedule all the work and said I could pick what I wanted to do when because it was a big job. The men who came to do the work were on time, professional and very kind. They walked me through everything they were going to do, updated me on their progress along the way and then walked me through it again when they were done. I would highly recommend Sir Grout, especially if you don't know what you are doing, like me! They explained everything clearly and never made me feel dumb or pressured me into anything. Overall, great experience!

Great work. We have a large shower with natural stone and were constantly fighting mold despite weekly cleanings. Kevin and Jonathon came in and took care of it all. They were on time and super professional. I had originally been quoted for a color sealant, but they determined that it just wasn't adhering the right way so they changed to the clear sealant. They know what they are doing and know the best product for the job, which ended up being less money. My shower looks great and I'm so happy I went with them. I also had two areas of tile/grout fixed at back and front door and that was extremely well done as well.

Very well from getting a visit from Ann, the estimator, to scheduling the appointment to getting the job done. Technician Jasmin arrived on time, very polite and professional, he explained everything to me, and gave me very good advice. Very pleased.

The estimate was easy to set up and the rep was punctual. However, the work order did not match the items noted on the estimate, so a technician had to come back and complete the work, which was a pain. (And I got a little pushback about the missing items). Having said that, they did a good job at a reasonable price.

This was a follow up visit. Dan, the president of the company, came out to review the work that had been done and answer my questions. He said the price adjustments that had been made by the technician the first time around were appropriate and explained the time required to do the clear seal process is the same as the color seal process; the clear seal involves more cleaning time, the color seal involves a regrouting process. He touched up the grout in some additional areas and obtained a more even color for the tiles. He addressed my concerns about the original work. My tile will never look "new" but it is definitely in a much better state than it was. Anyone with travertine tile with a pitted surface should be aware that it may be impossible to get it to its original condition and any before and after photos will not look as good as for other surfaces.

This is a follow-up to a disgruntled review I posted in early July 2018... In the wake of my earlier review, the owner of the Chicago Sir Grout franchise, Dan, took it on himself to contact me and schedule a visit to my home in order to personally evaluate the work done by his team. While it turns out that my particular granite problem was beyond the scope of Sir Grout's expertise--and may indeed be unremediable--I could not be happier with the result; for Dan proved there are still people in the world with integrity, still people who stand behind their work. Bravo to Dan for doing the right thing--and issuing a partial, but certainly reasonable refund. Rest assured, Sir Grout stands behind their work.

Sir Grout did a great job in all aspects of the job, initial communications, quoting, explaining the damage and service required to repair, doing a test spot to demonstrate expected results, the actual repair and explain proper maintenance going forward. We are very happy with our "new" looking shower.

Kevin and Justin were fantastic. They took so much care to match colors and repair my grout. It looks brand new! They discussed everything with me and made sure that I was happy with their decisions along the way. They worked hard to make sure they didn't rip out anything that didn't need to be take, and to repair as much as possible. I am thrilled with the end result. I would absolutely use this company again and will request Kevin and Justin!

Great. He was on time, made sure I reviewed his work, and was very careful to make sure the grout color was a match. He thoroughly cleaned the work areas after he finished.

It went fine. It was done within 10 days of booking. Trey did a beautiful job and was very neat and professional. The job took only about 5 hours.
