Excellent. Dave, the representative returned our call right away. He also did not pressure us one way or another about doing certain ideas and even gave great suggestions. The work supervisor Jack was very diligent. This company did a thorough job and we will use them again. The workers were polite and on time and did not rush the job. The pricing was a little higher, but it was worth it because they did an outstanding job.

The whole project went even better than I expected. Everything was done on time and on budget. The work crew were extremely professional and made numerous helpful suggestions and identified and fixed what could have been expensive problems down the road.

We bought a condo/store front property and got it set up for business. They did a very good job in all aspects of the work. They paid attention to details. For example, their taping job was terrific and they cleaned up well, too. I put a "B" in responsiveness simply because we were running one location while trying to get another one up and running and they had a hard time working around our schedule.

I called Dave Belder the day before the work needed to be done. Our roof was being replaced and we learned at the last minute that the roofers could not install the skylight themselves. Dave agreed to come out at no notice and the workmen worked all day and did a beautiful job installing the skylight. This is the second time we've had work done from Samanco and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. They are professional, reliable and prompt.

Cindi gave me a start date. Mark and Lester were at my door on that exact date at 8:00 a.m. They began each morning on time, cleaned up when they were done, and were professional throughout. The work is of very high quality (including creating oak columns and oak flooring!). They worked each day until the job was complete. The entire remodel (including removing the walls) took just six days -- the the workmanship is fabulous.

Dan was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. I had selected 3 contractors who had all received high marks on Angie's List to quote. Dan's quote was the highest I received, almost $7,500 above the best price.

Dave was prompt for the estimate and was friendly. The cost was four times that of the people who we hired to put in the door for us and repair the doors. The ones who we hired also had superb marks on Angie's List.

Our main contact, Dan, was a little hard to reach, but he followed through on all his promises and gave some good advice. Although it took approximately four weeks between contracting with Samanco and then starting the actual work, it was well worth the wait. The workers started the job a couple days early, worked weekends, and finished the job well ahead of schedule. The same two guys did all the work (deck, cabinet, utility) so it was reassuring seeing the same faces every day rather than the "sub-contractor of the day". Every day they cleaned up their work area. The quality of the work is great and they paid close attention to detail. The work was done in the middle of July and they worked incredibly hard through the heat. Samanco's price came in right in the middle of the three other bids I received, but I decided on them based on reputation. Without question, I would rehire Samanco for additional work.

Dave and his crew were great. They honored all our requests for smaller details and were clean and punctual. The follow-up with Dave was also great.

The company never contacted me for a discussion of work I would like performed.

I called Samanco, told them what I needed, was told they were months behind. Dave,one of the salemen, called to set up a date. He came in, measured the area, and said he will draw up the contract and call me. He came back with the contract and, this being the beginning of the week, said they will be here the next week on Monday. I got a call on my cell phone, on Wednesday, from Dave saying the crew will be there tomorrow. We did a made scramble to get the rest of the furniture and stuff out of the room. At 7:30 A.M. the doorbell rang. The carpet went and construction began. They left us Friday with 2 coats on. Came back on Monday and finished the job.

The project manager, Dave, was a very reasonable, polite, and overall extremely nice person and very easy to work with. He would listen to my concerns about the crew, come over if we were dissatisfied with something, and always tried to return my calls quickly if otherwise busy. The end result was pretty good. Because of these things, we will give them all A's and likely hire them again. There is one section of the floor, the last section, that is bumpier than the rest, perhaps because the crew may have been in a rush at that point. We had some difficulties with the crew. They expected to work from 8a to 3p and seemed to work slowly such that what was estimated to take 2d, took 4.5 days. Very unhappy when they had to stay until 5 or 6pm. They left smudge marks on the walls, nail scratches on my wooden bar, and didn't clean up very well after themselves. We had to hire a cleaning service to clean the basement a week later.

They were very easy to work with and listened to our needs. When we asked for them to do a few extra things that weren't part of our original quote-like hang our new mirrors, take out a bunch of anchors and patch them up, install dimmers and put in a sconce, they not only didn't charge us, but picked up what we needed and were happy accommodate. Their quality of work was better than the other company we used we used for a similar project and their quote was about 15% less than the other company for the same job.

The existing deck and porch were removed in one day and the site was left very clean. The new structure was built in four days. It is far nicer than we could have imagined. Very solid. Even the inspector was impressed. This is the 2nd job we've had Samanco do for us (bathroom renovation was the other) and we couldn't be happier. These guys are very professional. Crews show up on time, are courteous and know what they're doing. I only wish I had found Samanco earlier. If I had I wouldn't have had anyone else do any work on our home.

Kirk Byers was our contact and he was great. He was very responsive and flexible. This project took close to a month to complete. The construction team worked long and hard and often worked Saturdays to ensure the project kept moving along. We are thrilled with the result. They even reinstalled our storage sheds, flower boxes, and benches. All in all, a very professional crew that we were pleased to do business with.

Nice job. Took them 7-8 hours. Courteous.
