Dan and his crew were fantastic. They were very pleasant to have in our home for two weeks. The workers were friendly, punctual, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. They were very careful to cover and protect all of our things that weren't part of the project and to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves each day and organized all of their equipment so it wasn't in the way. We trusted them in our home and they locked up when they left if we weren't there. I can't say enough how beautiful my new kitchen is. The reason we chose Samanco (besides their estimate and ability to start asap) was how passionate Dan was about the possibilities for the space. I could tell that he really loved what he does and was able to visualize the best set-up. Our final price was very close to the estimate, which was very close to the budget we mentioned in the initial meeting. Dan suggested ways to save on the budget by using pre-made cabinets instead of custom built. They look great and fit the space perfectly. Any extra expenses were discussed as they came up. We were given the estimated length of time for the project as 10-12 days and it took 11. There was only one issue and that was a mistake on our part. We chose a height for our island that ended up being way too tall for us. Dan reassured us that it was no big deal to return the cabinets and exchange them for the shorter ones, at no extra cost. Adam and the 2 Peters went above and beyond what was expected of them. They even hung our pictures for us, carried furniture up from storage, and assembled our dining room table. I would recommend Samanco to anyone.

Went great. Looks fantastic. Samanco completed the work in one day. This is our second job with them so far. A couple months back Samanco did a complete renovation of one of our bathrooms - floor, walls, ceiling installed shower (there wasn't one before), new tub, sink, toilet, med cabinet/mirror, built custom cabinets, exhaust fan, lights. Looks FANTASTIC. They made a "silk purse out of a sow's ear"! We will likely use them again soon for a kitchen remodeling. Very nice people to work with!

Received three estimates, chose company because price was lower and they included 3 stairs and landing.

I was out of town for seven months and I felt free having them come in and out and work on the house. When things went wrong when we were in Florida during the cold winter and they were here, they noticed some issues and fixed the piping all on their own.

The worksmanship and quality were excellent. The crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up behind themselves so that the work was not intrusive. The total project time spanned about 4 weeks and we were able to function in our home during the whole time. I purchased all the materials and they did an incredible job on the bathrooms, closet and various other jobs that we had them do. I would highly recommend this company. They were not the lowest estimate for the job that I received but the adage of "you get what you pay for" certainly applies. Very knowledgeable and experienced team with a great work product! I would use them again (and likely will) for future projects.

Overall it went great. The start date was a little later than anticipated which created a slight problem because we were trying to squeeze in the project before our baby was born and he was born in the middle. We wanted to redo the bathroom so that it was nice but did not break the bank. Samanco was right on target for price with the others that we consulted. Dan had great suggestions on where to splurge and save and where to shop for it all. Dan also had great ideas on how to are our small bathroom look and feel larger. When we had problems getting materials due to our tight timeline, he had contacts that made it happen. His workers were always here when they said that they would be. They were incredibly clean and kept the mess to a minimum. We will definitely use them again.

Samanco did a great job. Old bathroom was horrid. Very old...ugly tub, sink, no shower, rotting wood on floor, ugle exposed pipes and vents, ugly exposed gas meter. They boxed in exposed pipes and vents, and built a double door cabinet around the water meter with shelving underneath. New walls and floor, installed a shower, sink, toilet, plus all fixtures. This job required us to supply all material, the price/cost was labor only. We purchased all material. It was a bit daunting at first but worked out great because we were able to choose all items we really liked.

My deck project went very well and my deck looks fantastic!! My salesperson, Dave Belder, was so pleasant and down to earth and he made an overwhelming project easy and affordable. The work crew was efficient and professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns very nicely and prompt. Dave Belder made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and put my "trust issues" regarding contractors to rest. I can be very picky and have sometimes been a salesperson/contractor's nightmare because I am so "detail oriented" but Dave and I got along just fine because he was patient and understanding of my vision and to top it all off - he was also considerate of my dog with my project. The office staff was kind and pleasant too and never harassing about payment which was greatly appreciated since I had some bank issues at the time. Everything went great. The hardwood floor where they patched looks amazing. All the drywall and paint work was good. The work crew was prompt and courteous. The job changed a little and Dan rolled with the punches. Best of all, they kept the rest of the house clean while doing all the messy work!

From the get-go, I knew my experience with Samanco would be good. The first thing Dan talked about when he came to my home was ensuring that the quality of work met my expectations. Others were focused on cost and time but Dan talked about quality. So first, Samanco is not the cheapest option. They're competitive, but expensive. However, the quality matches the price. It took about 2.5 weeks to do the bathroom remodel, and the two guys doing the job were there EVERY DAY at 8am - not a minute late. They were as neat and clean as possible and made sure I knew what was going on. The second week I actually went out of town and never thought twice about the workers being in my home while I was gone. The results were great - everything done was done with high quality. I ordered the bathroom vanity from a big box store and of course, it was missing a part. They actually came back two weeks later to install the part that was delayed. I'll definitely be considering them for future remodels!

These guys were great. I worked with Dave on the quote. He promised to have it to me as of a Friday, and he did. In fact, he was always on the spot with calling me back and meeting deadlines. Two guys did the entire job. Dave told me they would show up at 8AM on the first day and they did. They ended up having to be at my house for about 6 days and I got to the point where I just left the gate/garage open and they were always there, on time, in the morning, working on the job. They put in full days, and always knew what to do next (no micro-managing, no confusion). I described EXACTLY what I wanted, and they nailed it, right down to the paint color. There were a couple setbacks based on weather and materials, but nothing out of the ordinary for a construction project. And nothing they could have controlled. I would go out to the garage once a day to see the progress and that's it - they literally just cranked it out EXACTLY how I wanted. I even asked them to do something that wasn't on the original quote (add a .5" conduit and junction boxes in 2 locations in the garage). They picked up the materials the next day from Home Depot and nailed it. No million questions, no confusion - they just nailed it (and didn't charge me extra!) For small-medium inside jobs I wouldn't use anyone else.

Every single day, Richard and Damien would arrived no later than 8:30am and worked non stop until 5pm. They were very professional, honest, and kept the place clean and tidy. Richard is highly skilled and very detail-oriented. They were very fast, too. The job was completed in less than a month. I highly recommend them and will work with them again!

No one came at the scheduled time (on a saturday morning) and no one called to say that no one was coming.

We handed Samanco a picture of the six built-in bunk beds we wanted to build. From the picture, they found the perfect space to build the bunk beds. Then Samanco gave us a quote for the project which was very reasonable. And they worked with us to make some modifications along the way. Ultimately the project was completed on-time and on-budget and we now have the perfect sleeping (and playing) arrangements for our grandchildren. This was a great job, all from a single picture we found on-line.

Samanco worked with us on the design of our master bath, and then gave us a quote for the labor for the project. Samanco also helped us choose the material through their design service and helped us buy the material at their contractor prices.Those prices were significantly lower that what we would have paid as a consumer. Finally Samanco did all of the work, on time, on budget and they were completely professional during the entire time they worked in our home. We are 100% satisfied with our new bathroom!

Samanco has been a first class company to deal with. The service hasn't started yet but they have been prompt in responding to all of my emails and phone calls, and have even found ways to save me money on supplies. I'm looking forward to updating the review once the project is complete!

Called up Semanco based off the reviews and Dave came over and got a good estimate for the work. The workers arrived in the morning and were punctual and professional. I would leave for work and my wife would stay at home while they would diligently work throughout the day and be gone by the time I got home. They took out my old tile which was starting to come off the backing since its was just placed on green board. They replaced any water damaged areas and put up new Durarock, waterproofing, and the new tile. While the walls were open, they also replaced the shower faucet with one that allowed you to control temperature along with water flow. All the work went well and had no problems with the workers. At the end though I did notice that some of the tiles were not aligned perfectly. Since this was just going on top of the old construction it could of been the studs or the fairly cheap tile not being perfectly aligned. Nothing major but i did notice it. Anyways after talking to Dave about it and he agreed to knock off a few dollars off of the estimate which was good of him. So all in all a good job done and probably would use them again.

Gave a competitive estimate. Did not use the contractor. Went with another company.

It was great - Dave gave me some very sound and honest advice on what work needed to be done, and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. He quoted me a fair price with no surprises at the end. The workmen that he sent to the house were skilled, very polite and efficient, cleaning up after their work. I am so glad I called Samanco and will definitely rely on them in the future. Highly recommend.

Job went great. Dave came out and took a look at the job and what we wanted to have done. We had a normal size living room and kitchen that we wanted to have crown molding installed in. The living room crown needed to be done in a style to match other rooms near it - the guys that did the job did get the molding styles to match. The kitchen crown was a more standard style, but had many more miter cuts that needed to be made, and each one looks perfect. Once the crown was up, they caulked, primed and painted it. We had one follow up to touch up the caulk in one area where the wall wasn't quite flat, but Dave got right on it and had it addressed ASAP. It looks great. I will definitely use Samanco again.

It all went extremely well. Dan was great to work with--he's professional, friendly, and responsive. His crew was wonderful as well. I feel terrible that I can't remember the two workers' names (possibly Jerry and Tom?) because they were a pleasure to have in the house, always on-time, and kept the area very clean. The estimate was dead-on, and there were no surprises. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and will definitely hope to work with Samanco again in the future.

They came out when they said they would. However, the price was sky high. It was over $2000.00 and I ended up getting the work done for a little over $1000.00 through a friend.

Should we decide to do a new deck and/or replace the door, we will definitely use Samanco.

Everyday, two workers arrived on time at 8am and worked diligently until 5pm. Upon their departure on a daily basis, the workplace was clean, my floors were dust free and they were as unobtrusive as possible. A positively uncommon and rewarding experience. I cannot say enough to commend their work. The caliber of the work performed far exceeded my expectations. I am so sick of some guy with tools coming into do work that he has never tried to do before. These people clearly have experience and care about the end result. The best part of this entire remodel is that they cared enough to leave the old toilet in place until the new one was installed. This may not mean much to some, but for old folks it meant not going up and down stairs to reach another bathroom in the middle of the night. And we appreciate it! They were able to save my original floor and mirror which saved me a lot of money. As for price, they beat the big box stores by 7000K. Now that's competitive! I have been through bathroom remodels many times and I have never had one go this smoothly nor completed so expertly. Yes, I would employ these folks for any project that comes up in the future. I have also had three different friends and neighbors ask for their contact information. Thanks Samanco for one gorgeous bathroom!

When the work was done, we were fine with the results although a bit concerned about the appearance of some of the boards used. When we asked about them during construction, we were assured that it would be fine. We have now realized that the wood used was not pressure treated and is rotting terribly. Our next door neighbors got their front stairs, railings, post and porch done at the same time. Our porch and the neighbors front stairs, posts, etc. were obviously going to be out in the weather. They are now soft to the touch. Obviously, I am not educated about recognizing pressure treated vs. regular wood. Looking at our paperwork from the time of installation, there was no detail about it. I am extremely disappointed that they chose low quality materials despite a price which was actually more than other estimates. Porches should last more than 4 years.
