They were the only ones who could solve my problem. They were half the price. They were prompt, and professional. I would utilize their services again.

They were just great. Their pricing was competitive compared to others. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They sent a guy and serviced us 4 or 5 times. They used to call us every couple of months to ask us if we were ready for another application. But then they stopped calling. The treatments they used got the process started. After they stopped calling I figured out how to keep the mice at bay.

I am a landlord and I explained to both the rep and Rose that I have an obligation to my tenants to resolve problems within a certain period of time. This company basically wasted almost two weeks of my time and the issue is still not addressed on the 27th of December. My tenant called me on the 15th of December to tell me she was getting bitten by bedbugs. I thought that I could find a contractor to come out and take a look at the problem and do some spraying possibly before or slightly after Christmas. I had to call rose 3 times after the first call just to get them to return my call to make an appointment for an inspection. Even if they did not do a full treatment, it would have been acceptable for them to at least spray around/under the mattress & bed frames etc. which I would have been willing to pay for. When the rep finally called me back, he didn't inspire much confidence with the comment that "he didn't know what he was getting himself into". When the rep showed up, it was in a screaming green car with bugs all over it - so if you want to be discreet, this is not the company do to it with. I literally had to beg the rep to look under the mattress (because he was chatting too much at my tenants rather than asking and answering relevant questions) and had to point out the bedbug droppings and was told "the problem isn't that bad". I then told the rep that I would like monthly service for the entire house which is 3 units and asked if he could match the price of another contractor which he told me they could - they thought that it was "odd" that I wanted the service every month because I explained to him I didn't want it to become a larger problem The rep told me that he would telephone or e-mail me to follow up and never did. I then had to ask him for the prep sheet for my tenants - it was not offered. I was never given any type of paperwork or documentation, no contracts to sign. I was told after calling the receptionist 4 times that I couldn't make an appointment for the 28th without filling out their necessary paperwork. As of today, 12/27, I never received a call back, no e-mail, no paperwork, no follow-up whatsoever. I called again and was transferred to the manager Mike who told me that the branch mansger was reviewing my case. I told the manager that my tenants were waiting for resolution of the bedbug problem and it was my responsibility (and liability) to take care of it. I told Rose that I was tired of being ignored and I did not have confidence in their company because I should not have to "chase" a contractor to call me back. I do not appreciate contractors wasting almost two weeks of my time - it is totally unacceptable not to return client calls. If Rose did not think they wanted to do the service or match the price of the contractor, they should have told me so in the beginning. I don't like to write bad reviews for anyone, but I really needed help with this problem and this company hung me out to dry with their stringing me along. If you are a landlord and have any type of time urgency, I would not use this company unless you want to play phone tag and be aggravated. Update 9/13/12: I didn't even bother to read most of Rose's response because another contractor handled the bedbug problem which is now abated - it did not take monthly treatments, just doing it the right way. The rep from Rose did not have a written plan nor did he explain what the procedure would be. It is laughable that Rose states I did not give a sense of urgency - why would I call them 4 times if it was not urgent? it was obvious they didn't feel motivated during the holiday season. I stand by my original review, sorry.

Excellent. Showed up on time. Explained what he would be doing. Answered my questions. Very personanable.

I have used them for many years and I am pleased with their service. They are good service people. I use them for five units in the whole building. I let them into all three apartments and commercial space. They spray the whole building at once. We haven’t had any pests. Their prices are reasonable. I don’t like the quality of their billing service and I have let them know about that.

We have been using Rose Exterminator Company for twelve years, ever since we had carpenter ant infestation. We didn’t want it to happen again so we have been using them proactively. We have worked with Gary from the company for most of those twelve years and we just love him. He is always very responsive. He is always on time. He is very personable. If we have a problem, he comes back and takes care of it. He goes above and beyond. Even if we have a problem aside, like with bees, he will take care of it too. He is great. We would continue to use Rose Exterminator Company in the future.

They are responsive, fairly priced, and they humanely pigeon-proofed my house.

He said to call in two weeks so he could check the bait. However, they don't answer my calls. They never came back to pick up their stuff.

They looked for areas from where pest could come in. They are friendly and explain everything well, but they had not showed up twice earlier when I had an appointment and I had to call them. If you call them within 30 days from their first date of service, they would come again and provide the same service for free.

The person coming out to service, called me and let me know he was running 15 minutes late, which was great!!! He came, assessed, and sprayed, all of which took 20 minutes. There is a 30 day warranty, which is great also.

Placement of boxes and follow-up service.

When we realized we had a carpenter ant problem, we called Rose. They came out and within 2 services the ants were gone. We have since used their services on a quarterly basis, and they have helped us get rid of mice and small ants which have re-occurred at various locations in the house. We have the same service person every time (though there is some turnover), and all of the service people have been very professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

They are a very reliable and good company. We have used them for quite awhile now and they are always on time and we have had no problems with them. We pay them quarterly for the service.

Manny Mendoza answered our distress call and volunteered to come over immediately (10:00 pm!). Manny was professional, courteous, and responsible. He correctly assessed the situation and immediately remedied it. He got the job done quickly and calmed our nerves. He also provided excellent follow-up. (There has been no further activity.) The price was reasonable and the service outstanding. Manny is simply the best and a great guy!
