Okay. No follow up regarding services to see how things were going, I think that is excellent customer service. I was under the impression that minor patch up work would be done to seal holes; but, that was done. I should have kept my notes and names from my initial call.

Well, although Rose Exterminator didn't do a good job of following up once the 30-day trial was complete. They lost out on an opportunity to continue earning my money to take care of the rodent problem.

Obviously poorly as obviously not a rodent infestation. I would expect a Pest company to have greater expertise in identifying pests. Money for inspection wasted and I now have two expensive mouse traps.

Everything was good and they came on time. It was an average service based on the price. I would use them again in the future.

It went great! They returned my call promptly, sent someone out at a time that was convenient for me. Mr. Harris arrived well within the window, diagnosed my problem and treated it all before I finished my first cup of coffee. The price was reasonable, and came with a 90 day warranty.

I have signed up to use them annually.

Person was on time. It was raining & he made a second trip out that week to do the outside. Very professional with pleasing attitude.

So, I make a special trip and go in today to get a refill. The website as well as the sign on the door says they're open on Saturdays, and there are even people inside. I knock on the door and am told by an angry-looking woman that nobody can help me - they can't refill my traps. I point to the sign on the door saying they're open on Saturdays. The woman at the desk says "Oh yeah I've been meaning to take that down." I understand that businesses make mistakes and that she's not certified to refill my traps. I get it - and it would have been fine except that her attitude was horrible. In short, she wasn't sorry or apologetic at all that I had wasted my time. In fact, this bitter-looking woman seemed to imply it was MY fault for bothering her, when I had every reason to believe that they were open on a Saturday. In short, I recommend that you avoid Rose Pest Control, at least the store on North ave in Wicker Park. They're unprofessional, aren't service oriented, and apparently don't care about you once they have your money. Forget the refills - I'm going somewhere else from now on.

Our yard is invaded by rats every summer. We kill as many as we can in normal traps and put mesh wire at points of entry, but it never solves the problem. We decided to step it up this year, and do it early on. Steven from Rose is awesome. He called ahead, came right on time, and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He's 'seen it all' and knew exactly what to do. He inspected the entire yard for rat entry, etc. and refilled and placed our existing rat cafes in corners of the yard that would be most attractive to rodents. Steven also sprayed two big ant colonies in the middle of our lawn. Since he came to our house, our neighbors have found a number of dead rats and our cafes are working great. We haven't seen any evidence of rodents. Plus, the ant colonies are gone. We're having Steven come back on a monthly basis to refill the cafes and spray for ants. We couldn't be more pleased. Rock on!!

When I initially called I spoke with a woman that said that the mice removal would be $152-175. When I called back to verify the cost and schedule the service, I got a different woman. She said that the cost of service was $195. I asked why the cost had increased. She said that the first representative was new, that she would not honor the original price, but that if the first rep wanted to give it to me at that price she could. I asked if I could speak with the original rep. The woman told me that she was at lunch and I could call back when she got back. I asked her when she would be back from lunch. The rep told me that she did not know when she would be back from lunch. I asked if she could just honor the original price and she rudely refused. I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with. The rep said that there was no manager there to talk with. I asked for the manager's name and she gave it to me. The second rep was incredibly rude to me. SHe was not helpful at all. I would not use there services just because of her lack of courtesy and professionalism. Horrible!

A rat problem has grown due to the disappearance of ferrel cats that once kept the population in check. We found rat burrows in our garden beds. Rose Ex was responsive to my phone call. A technician was scheduled to come to the property that week. He provided a courteous call when he realized he would run late. He was extremely knowledgable about the pesty Norway rats and set a few traps. He explained follow up visits and how they were scheduled after the initial visit. After dealing with a large Pest Control company who was too large to be responsive and effective, I'm happy to have found Rose Exterminators.

Service calls went well. Treated the house initially, but there were still a few ants roaming about afterward. Called them back and they came out and retreated at no charge. no ants to be found since.

Ok. I did a lot of work myself before they came but they gave me traps and explained how to use them (i had never seen this style) and found the space where they were coming in fomr the outside. I had to ask them to plug it, which i thought should have just been done.

When I called back again operator was very rude. I own 42 apartment buildings, I ended up using someone else. They must not need the business

I haven't received any complaints from the tenants anymore so I believe the service worked.

I am very happy with the service provided by Rose. I scheduled the appointment with Elliot and he came out and took care of the rat problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and this company.

Vance, our technician was promptly there. He was courteous, friendly and did a fine job of spraying for insects. I was very pleased with Rose Pest Control and would have them again.

They were great. The technician came out and did a full, very thorough inspection of the entire building and we eventually figured out that the rats must have gotten in through an open door during some construction, so no exclusion work was necessary. The technician came out multiple times to remove the rats trapped at no additional charge, and took great care with the safety of the traps given the children and pets present.

Called because of rodents in walls. Technician was a very knowledgeable guy who carefully inspected the whole house, outside and inside, to find possible points of entry, search for signs of presence (droppings, etc0. He then sealed all points of proper entry, baited traps and told me if the problem (hearing movement in walls in basement) didn't abate in 3 days to give him a call. Sure enough, within three days we weren't hearing anything anymore. Great job!

He was terrific. Solved the issue. Very professional, I was pleased with the service.

They did a good job. They came quickly and took care of the problem.

That's an expensive deal too. They would do one bed room for bed bugs. I want to get rid of them now. I don't wanna play around with these. They were good. they worked with me. They were trying to do different things. They did a good job. They were very good. Never had to wait long. They were right on time.

They’re fine. It was their basic cost for one call. I have used them previously before Angie’s List. I have used them satisfactorily in the past. They were okay and I have no complaints. Punctuality was okay. Their price was within the ballpark of what they should be.

We have squirrels in our attic every winter. We can see the point of entry under the roof but we have a 3 story-home and our contractor would not do it due to the height. I decided to call Rose Exterminator as they have a wildlife division. The specialist came promptly, but could not perform the work due to the height of the building and narrow space between our house and our neighbor. However, he told me he would call me back with a referral and he surely did within 2 hours. He also did not charge me for the visit as no service could be performed. I found that overall the specialist was a true professional, he was very courteous, serious and even though they could not perform any work, I would call them in the future for any other issue with pest control.

Really great service and extremely friendly and informative. Recently purchased a fully renovated home, but have noticed bugs and spider roaming about. The exterminator from Rose was very thorough and explained the process of the extermination. He checked behind and inside appliances and other bug-friendly places to confirm no serious issues.
