I'm looking at your account now and see that the refund was issued 8 days after you were charged and I agree we should have avoided that in the first place. I'm sure there were additional business days that refund took to clear, depending on the lender too. That's never fun and I'm sorry. Angie's List tells me they're working on a better system for how they pay us. Sometimes there's such a delay. I've been trying to come up with a better way to manage this stuff internally. Description of Work: I purchased a $216 deal for Winter Rodent Exclusion Service. The service went fine. They came to the appointment on time. We were concerned about mice and rats. The technician found proof of them but I have contacted them to come back out yet. I was not home while they did the service but everything went smoothly.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's List deal for Winter Rodent Prevention. The service was provided, but for a few months there was an issue with billing and we were provided a bill every week until I had to go through Angie's List Complaint Resolution process, which in the final resolution was to provide me with a zero-balance statement, which I have yet to receive. I'm writing this review one more time because due to the process, I can't amend my review and have to create another one. The rep was punctual, found places outside that could allow rodents to come in, resolved those issues, and set some traps in areas where he saw there may be problems.
