Description of Work: Replaced a gasket in a circular toilet flapper. The technician got out quickly (less than an hour). He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He finished the job quickly and I'm happy with the work.

Description of Work: Suddenly developed hole in kitchen trap which prevented any use of kitchen sink. Called at 6pm and called was returned very quickly. Marlon & helper arrived next day to assess, then returned early the following day and completely replaced existing piping since existing was not up to code. Very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: I hired Rocket to install a new dishwasher after the retailer's installation contractor failed to show for appointments twice. I called Rocket and they came to my home the same day! The installers were very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they were very considerate of the troubles I had experienced even though they had absolutely nothing to do with it. I decided that Rocket will be my go-to plumbers and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I called Rocket Plumbing to get estimates for some earlier work that Marlon came and looked and said were not necessary given what we were going to do with the place. |I called him again in October when I was ready to have a gas line installed to hook up a dryer in the basement and a gas stove on the first floor. |Marlon said he would meet any other bids I got, and he did. He was able to schedule the appointment for less than 48 hours later, and he showed up exactly on time. |He and his crew (Fernando, I think) were both courteous, clean, and efficient. They cleaned up the entire work area really well, and their work was performed in a smart and efficient manner. |I will definitely, definitely, definitely have them back again for gas line work or plumbing.
