 + 0 moreJust one employee came out to draft the design. We visited with them over a couple weeks. They provided a few plans within a week. We then had to wait a couple weeks for the contractor. She is also a botanist so she filled the flower boxes. The floral choice was phenomenal. She is really easy to work with. She is very prompt with getting back to me. You should expect professional service. I've worked with a lot of companies and sometime it's difficult to get a hold of someone, and the best thing is how quickly she responded.
Description of Work: She worked with us to draw up plans for a pergola and flower boxes for the deck.

 + 1 moreIt went great!! Very smoothly. Rinda was professional, prompt and did the work exactly when she promised. It was not the most elaborate job, but she treated us as if it was. We loved her calm attitude, her competance and were super impressed how she kept us apprised of how everything was going every step of the way. Our views of the atrium from all angles in the house are spectacular and I can't believe we didn't do this sooner. I would highly recommend Rinda West as creative, a joy to work with and her professionalism.
Description of Work: She designed a new look for our atrium patio adding built-in planters, pots and trees and flowers, plus other plants. She had a carpenter who built three flower boxes and another person who removed all the vines and leaves crawling up the walls. They also power washed the walls and floors. Personally she did the design work, purchased the pots (with our recommendations) and did the planting. She will come back every year...or as often as we would like... to refresh the plants. Looking forward to working with her in years to come.

 + -1 moreRinda worked closely with us to design our front and back gardens. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent and was always respectful of our input into the project. She is very hands-on and interested in the garden even after "completion", recognizing that it is an on-going, living entity that requires continual care. We would recommend her without reservation.
Description of Work: Rinda designed two gardens for us - a front and back yard. The designs evolved over time and she made changes we requested quickly and with no problems. She was on top of the project from start to finish and helped us choose plants that provide color and beauty throughout the year. She kept within our budget, was always on time and always available to answer our questions and make adjustments as needed.
