I called and spoke with Mike on the phone, explaining my situation. (My groomer had found two fleas on my dog and she had cautioned me to get my house, yard and car exterminated.) He set up an appointment for a couple of days later and showed up exactly on time. He took his time talking to me and spraying the whole house, yard and car. The spray he used did not have an odor. I also discussed in detail the history of termites in my house and neighborhood and asked his advice on whether I needed additional termite treatment. He insepcted several place in my house (including moving furniture and looking into wall cavities) before he told me that he didn't think I needed to have termite extermination. His final bill was on the very low end of what his estimate had been and he didn't charge anything for the termite inspection. I would use him again and recommend the company.

This is an updated review from my earlier review of Resolve Pest Control. After my first review about Resolve not showing up to do the work. They called and were very apologetic. There was an oversight and they did not show up the day that they first gave. Well, I decided to give them another chance and was glad I did. This time Resolve showed up on time and did everyhing that was needed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again. Everyone makes mistakes. It is how you handle yourself after you have made the mistake that show the real character of a person or company. Resolve admitted their mistake and made it better. I admire that. So far, so good with the bug problems too.

I called these guys and set up an appointment time for the 2 to 5 PM hours on the 15th. of May. I cannot comment on the job they did because they never showed up, never called, never heard from them again. I will not be calling RESOLVE in the future.

After they came out I still saw droppings around the house, which let me know the mice where still here so he came back out April 18th, 2012. He put some more bait and he thought that would get rid of the mice. After that I was still seeing droppings so I called them back and they came out Tuesday May 22nd. He did the same thing and saw another opening that he patched up. Mike the manager, was supposed to come back out Friday, May 25th and he did not show up and he didn't even bother to give me a courtesy call to let me know he wasn't coming. I still have not heard from them and I really would like to get the mice problem taken care of once and for all.

I called 3 different places that had good ratings on Angie's List. One of the three places was priced considerably higher than the others. The other two (including Resolve) were in line with each other, but Resolve offered a better guarantee of their work. They came out quickly (that day) and got the job done. It has been a few months and knock on wood we have not seen any ants!

The overall experience was great. I have had no problems. They were very thorough in checking the perimeter of the house to see if there were any openings where rodents could get in. They checked inside and outside of the house. They were very professional.

We have been quite happy with them. They are very professional and very friendly. They are very committed to what they are doing and will come out how ever many times it takes to make sure the infestation is taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

Really happy with my interaction with Mike from Resolve. My dining room table has holes in it--many holes--and I explained the situation to Mike. Instead of setting up a vist, performing the service and costing me money, he explained what the problem was, how I could resolve it myself if I wanted to (he even gave me product names and places to get the products) and he saved me time and money (what a helpful, honest guy!). He also suggested I contact where I purchased the table (which was in 2005) to see what they can do (which I did and they are working on it and I may get a full credit for a new table). I hope to never need pest control services again but if I do, I am saving Mike's/Resolve's information and I will pass along this company should anyone else ask me for a recommendation.

The service was great. They came shortly after our inital call. Showed up on time, took a look at our problem areas, and discussed the use of the space to make sure they used the right product. The serviceman was professional and answered all of my questions. We have one small area where we are still seeing ants and they are coming back free of charge to retreat that one area, as per their 90-day guarentee. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of extermination services!

It went well overall. The solution, which is not toxic to humans or pets (we kept our cats on the second floor apartment for a day to be extra safe) appears to have killed all the bed bugs. There is some odor, so one needs to leave the windows open for several hours to help air things out. The next day we needed to wash sheets, clothing, etc. that were on or near the master bed and had been removed and sprayed, vacuumed up the dead bugs from the futon on our bed and bed frame. By the second night the futon had dried sufficiently and had been cleaned of the bug carcasses, so we were able to resume using it as our bed. .

It was a simple process. I described what we saw, they sent a service man out. He performed the service quickly and was on his way. We haven't seen a roach since. My only low mark, for punctuality, is because my appointment was originally scheduled for a Monday. I waited until the final 15 minutes of the window before calling to ask for an update on when I might expect him (I had an appointment to get to). I was told that he hadn't even left the office yet (my window to expect him was 2-3 hours). I rescheduled for the next day, but if they had proactively told me the service man would be late I wouldn't have wasted my morning waiting for someone to arrive.

Mike & his assistant are one of the very few small, affordable pest control companies that handle termite problems. He was quick, went above and beyond to help, and was extremely reasonable to deal with. Resolve has an excellent, ecologically sound option that's low-cost, quick, and guaranteed. I'd recommend them to anyone as an effective and friendly alternative to the large, impersonal franchise operations that cost an arm and a leg.

Resolve came in repeatedly over the course of 3 weeks until the situation was taken care of. Mike regularly check in via phone for updates and would promptly respond.

Mike and his crew from Resolve are first rate. We cannot speak highly enough of them. Three other pest control companies had been out to the condo unit to try to fix the problem over the past two years. All of them failed. Another company had previously inspected the sewer lines and failed to find the break in the pipe that the rats were entering from. Resolve found it and fixed it. The company takes the time to do the job right. They don't aim to solve a rodent problem temporarily. They want to find the cause of the problem and fix it permanently. Resolve delivered on everything it said it was going to do, from the work to the price. Given that there were rats in the building, several of the young families with children were understandably anxious. Resolve took care of the problem quickly but efficiently and thoroughly. Mike and his crew were also excellent at explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it, as well as showing the rat burrows that they had discovered. Part of a bathroom floor had to be torn up to get to a pipe, and they were great at coordinating with another contractor who had to do new tile work . As someone who deals routinely with contractors, I have to say I don't normally see this excellent level of polite communication and coordination. Resolve ran into a few obstacles during the job, the kind that with other contractors could create significant delay, excuses for a why a job can't be done or a significantly jacked up price. Resolve just carried on as the true professionals they are. If you have a rodent problem, these are your guys.

The experience was excellent. They came out in a few days examined the situation and performed the work within an hour. They have a 90 day guarantee (after giving the bait 10 days to kill the ants) and there are no contracts to sign. Within 2 days the ants were gone (wish we would have called sooner).

I had originally called another bug extermination company but they advised me that the numerous bug bites I had were spider bites even though I said that I was getting bitten every night for the past week. I finally called Resolve Pest Company since they got good reviews on eliminating a bed bug infestation. They returned my call right away and explained how they go about getting rid of bed bugs and that they guaranteed their work. Skeptical, I went ahead and tried them since I was willing to do just about anything to avoid getting bitten anymore. They came and sprayed everything in the house except the baby's room and again they reiterated that they guaranteed their work for 90 days. They warned me that it might take up to 48 hours for the bed bugs to be completely eliminated but I didn't get bit the first night after they sprayed! It's been three weeks since and I have not gotten bit anymore. Thanks to Resolve Pest Solutions!

Originally, they came out in May and did an outstanding job eliminating a multitude of ant problems. They were professional and efficient and they even taught me about ants. The problem was RESOLVED immediately and they have a three month warranty! No contracts to sign! The follow up in June was only to keep a new batch of ants outside in control. As we live by the river this is somewhat of an issue. I am very pleased with their services. On the followup visit they even taught me a little about the wasps that we were starting to see build up on a neighbor's property. What a great company. I will only use them from now on.

Pretty well overall. I haven't seen any ants in the areas they treated. Their price seems reasonable. They come out the same day I call them. I would use the in the future. May have to call them back out to hit a few spots again.

We experienced a sudden ant problem in our kitchen area on the second floor. My amateur efforts to eliminate them over a week or two did not work. I selected Resolve Pest Solutions from Angie's list because of the favorable comments and location. They responded to my call the next day. The exterminator arrived on time and seemed to be very knowledgable. He analyzed the situation quickly and took action, which to date has resulted in the elimination of the ants. There were no visible or smelly products used and we were assured that nothing was harmful to humans or pets. The charge was the same as the phone qoute and they honored Angie's list discount coupon. I would definitely use them again.

He was great. He walked around the whole exterior of my home and he pointed out all spots that needed to be mortared. He came back again in 2 weeks to check the bait traps and follow up on service.

My husband called Resolve and arranged for the company to come to our house and view what we believe is pest damage and give us a quote for services. The owner was supposed to come today; never called, never showed up.
