I loved the service Gal provided me! He was promt and very curtious, knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. I wanted to change the locks to the condo I just bought so the old tenant would not be able to get in. Gal provided me with several options and he also suggested a few videos on YouTube to watch about 'bump keys' and I saw how easy it is to break into a normal door lock. After seeing this, I chose to go with the multi lock that is very high security. As a single woman living alone, I appreciate the sense of security. No one is able to make a new key other than me, even if they have the key in their pocession. This really reassured me that I was making the right purchase in going with the more reliable multi lock set. Gal was in and out in no time and was very tidy! I was very happy with Quick Key Locksmith and would recommend them to anyone and use them in the future!! Thank you, Gal!

It went great. Quick Key Locksmith responded quickly and fixed our door within an hour. I would use them again if I ever needed a Locksmith.

When I called the provider was nice and offered to come right away. I scheduled the appointment for 6pm that evening. I explained what was wrong and why we needed his services and he quoted me $65. At 6:20pm I called the provider to see when they planned to meet me and reached the voicemail. I left a message we had an apt. at 6pm and for him to call me back. He called back at 6:30pm to tell me that he was running late and would be at my house within the hour. He arrived close to 7pm and quoted my husband $65. He seemed to have trouble removing the center piece to replace it and spent longer than anticipated at our home. He finally replaced the lock and then told me I owed him $100. I didn't argue but would like to say - he quoted me and my husband over the phone and at the jobsite $65. He also scratched my door (that is painted red) AND was late. After letting me know he scratched the door he told me the job was more difficult so it would be $100. In my opinion, for being late and scratching my door (that he did not offer to repair) he should have charged us the quoted rate of $65. He did not make us aware of the $35 upcharge until AFTER the work was completed. I felt he should have at least said, it will be an additional $35 during the work. I will not recommend this service or use them in the future.

By walking us through our options, Gal made the process of improving our condo security much less stressful. He suggested practical improvements and didn't try to up-sell us on expensive hardware.... plus he was patient with us as we asked many questions. In addition to lock replacement, he took care of obtaining an estimate for a welder to improve the security of our gates. He oversaw the welding work and made sure the final product was something we were happy with. Everybody in our building is pleased with all the work he did. Gal is friendly, responsive, and punctual and his prices are fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Won't use them ever. I'll be requesting a refund from Angies list on their "big deal"

He was punctual and very professional, while also friendly and helpful. He finished the job quickly, and was even nice to my dogs!

He arrived on time with the correct tools and necessary replacement items. It did not take him more than 20 minutes from start to finish. He was not threatening and emoted the confidence that allowed you to trust that he knew what he was doing. In addition, he offered a limited warranty that he would subtract the cost of the cylinder if the lock failed in the future.

What an exceptionally great experience! I was interested in adding a touchscreen lock to my front door as I have locked myself out one too many times. I saw Gal's listing for his business, QuickKey, on Angies List yesterday, called him and got an immediate response. He quickly understood my needs, did some research and recommended a particular lock, which turned out to be the right choice for me. Today, he came by, installed the lock and I now no longer have to worry about locking myself out! I hadn't talked to Gal or heard of him, prior to yesterday. What I met was a young fellow, who is a gentleman. He is smart, punctual, clean and loved my dog! He is a true professional. Sometimes I need to just manually lock and unlock the car I have, it is on the older side. This day I manually locked the car before I got out and as soon as I heard the door close, I knew what had happened. I immediately got on my phone and started looking up lock smiths as calling friends to see if anyone had any ideas. One of my friends mentioned Quick Key so I looked it up and gave Gal a call. He was at the car within 30 minutes, which was great for me. I am very pleased with what was done. If I ever need help with a lock again I will be sure to call Quick Key.

Gal came to the car within 20 minutes, traffic, and was able to open my trunk. He went through the car door with a slim jim so we could pop the trunk from inside the car. Gal did a wonderful job. He took his time, but it was also a quick process. I am very happy with Quick Key and I now have a locksmith in case anything like this happens again. Great work

The overall experience was great. The person I talked to really knew what needed to be done and how to do it. He even was able to explain a little bit about what was being done. He was very personable and polite. The price wasn't terrible either, I am glad we called Quick Key.

This guy is amazing!! I was going out to dinner on New Year?s Eve with a friend but as soon as I closed the door, I realized I had left my keys and wallet in the car. I called every company I found on Google but nobody wanted to come or they were trying to rip me off. Finally, I called Quick Key and they came! Gal arrived in less than 10 minutes, opened the door in 5 and I was on my way again. He charged me only $80 on NEW YEARS EVE. Thank you and happy New Year ;)
