It never went. I was starting to loose hope in movers and dreaded that we may have to move ourselves. This was the second moving company in a row that would NOT provide an estimate. Glad Blankenship stepped up to provide a very professional estimate.

Puntual and flexible. Started out as a B+ review. But desk was broken at move, and despite my 4 calls to have it addressed over a 4 week period, they were unresponsive, and ultimately forced me to file claim with insurance. I was unfortunately naive enough to let them take the desk when they promised to fix it, so I'm sure getting the value back will be difficult.

I called 10 Angie's List companies & received quotes ranging from $750 to $1050. Needless to say I was surprised by Peterson's quote of $380. In fact, I had second thoughts because it seemed to be too good to be true. I decided to take a gamble knowing that the piano was covered under my homeowners insurance. The three movers which included supervisor, Felipe Maldonado, arrived on time to the minute. Felipe & his crew disassembled the piano with surgical precision & wrapped everything carefully in plastic & padding. They did this so methodically that it was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. Felipe then thoughtfully asked if we would like the existing furniture rearranged to accommodate the empty spot where the piano had stood. On arrival to my house the three movers carried the piano up 7 stairs & reassembled it without difficulty. They confirmed final placement and completed the job by removing the garbage. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced!

Felipe and his son did an excellent job, showed up on time, and were prepared for the job. Peterson Moving quoted us the minimum price of $200 for two hours, even though the job took 30 minutes. But I can't hold that against them, other companies I called were asking $500 and up for the short notice. The kicker is that after Felipe delivered the couch, he looked around at all the boxes and told me that I could have used him to do the entire move for $300. So basically the $100 I spent on U-Haul and food afterwards evened me out with having Peterson do everything. I won't be renting U-Haul trucks in the future; I'll be making a call to Peterson Moving.

I'VE USED THEM FOR 3 MOVES. VERY HARD WORKERS, VERY POLITE, AND VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF.
