They were fine. They couldn't do the job because they didn't have the parts. The interactions with them were fine, they were professional.

The office was very efficient in taking and confirming my information. The next morning a locksmith arrived to unfreeze my deadbolt. While he was onsite I had him rekey a different door that I no longer had the lock for. He was professional and courteous and took the time to answer additional questions I had about security for my front door. I would do business with them again.

The company and serviceman were excellent. They responded to my inquiry, gave me a cost, and made an appointment quickly. The serviceman arrived right on time. I had 2 locks re-keyed and 6 keys made.

Perfect. Showed up early (after calling to confirm that was alright), literally took less than 2 minutes and was good to go.

The serviceman arrived on time and went right to work. He removed and opened the lock. He showed me the that the parts in the inside were rusty. He gave me two choices. The first was to clean the parts and reinstall the same lock. The second choice was to put a new lock on the door. Since this door is below grade level, moisture seems to collect in that area and it does not dry out quickly. I chose to replace the lock rather than repair the old lock because it would probably rust again quickly. The serviceman rekeyed the new lock to match the others on my house. The price was a little high but it did include the new lock.

Both jobs went very well. The intercom system was complicated and took longer than I think they anticipated when they gave me the quote, but they didn't charge me extra.

I recently moved and if every service provider were as responsive, thorough and proactive as Non-stop lock it would have been great. The service was incredible, from the first call to the follow-up call checking to make sure everything was ok etc. Highly recommend. Did I mention they do this at your house, they make keys in their truck! It was so great!

They took approximately 1 month to replace a mailbox lock. After the 1st visit they stated that they would be able to resolve quickly They initially incorrectly billed me even though I had purchase an Angie’s list coupon. I had to make multiple calls to resolve The whole process of scheduling a follow up appointment required multiple contacts and was a huge pain They cancelled an appointment 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up (after confirming) During this entire time they never reached out to me to give me an update – I eventually had to call every business day The worst was the rudeness of the manager Estella. After I complained about the delays and the lack of any statuses, she denied that they did not keep me informed. After she checked her system, she saw that I was correct, that I was forced to reach out each time.. Her response was an abrupt do I want to reschedule or not. I felt stuck in the process as I had already paid a portion and the completion was always just a couple days away. The reason you use Angie’s list is to avoid vendors like this. There are a lot of other locksmiths on Angie’s list and I would not use these guys. Just go with one of the other providers with an A rating.

It was way more complicated than expected however the service person arrived at 8:30 AM on time and stayed until almost noon fixing the one lock although it took a very long time the cost was only $65 as originally quoted and the repair was done completely and with quality great job

They made very careful copies and tested each one in the lock before departing.

Non Stop had a locksmith come out right away to change the locks. He had to come back a second time to replace the lock in the lobby door. This is an old door and very thick. The locksmith who came out was very helpful. . I received a 12% Angie's List discount on the price of the first visit. They would not give me a 12% off on the second visit a week later; they said they didn't offer that discount anymore. I was annoyed because I could have paid for the second visit in advance and gotten the discount. In addition, their listing on Angie's List was still offering the 12% discount. After I pointed this out they gave me the discount. I've used them quite a few times over the years and they've always done a good job so I'll keep using them but I will miss that discount.

Was given all the info I could possibly need on how the system worked and the technician was professional/ quick and certainly knew his stuff. Would highly recommend and will use again for any locksmith needs

It went good with the tech Joshua , but one door had a problem because it was water logged but I called and the company sent another tech Chris out that same night!

Great! A technician was scheduled to come check out the problem, arrived on time, and had it fixed in less than an hour.

The technician that came out in December 2014 was very thorough and he really thought about the best way to fix our issue. It was very cold when he was scheduled to do the work but he didn't let that deter him from being thorough. The technician that was out in May 2014 also made to sure to put in the model of lock that best served our purpose and even had to work around some building flaws to get the lock to work properly.

Locksmith was punctual and professional. Job well done

It went well. Very nice fellow. There was some miscommunication between himself and their admin. Though they called once before the first appointment hat he was running late. Came super late and couldn't finish all the doors that night (also because he didn't have everything he needed? Not sure). Said he was unavailable the next day only for me to get a call minutes later from their admin that there was time tomorrow. Came late again and changed locks.

Ariel arrived on time and fixed our broken lock in 15 minutes, and then fixed another problem in 5 minutes that another locksmith had told us couldn't be fixed. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. And although not cheap, the price was reasonable for the excellent service provided. Highest recommendation!

I have used a few different locksmiths over the years and they have been ridiculously expensive and hard to get a hold of. I have used Non Stop Locksmith twice because their service, price, and expertise has been exceptional. Our guy was a little early for our appointment which was great and he called to make sure it was ok to come by early. My building had something wrong with the intercom and doorbell and our guy found the problem right away and explained what needed to be done. He fixed it in a few minutes and made sure everyone's doorbell and intercom worked before he left. We had other unrelated questions about security and he was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering our questions. Non-stop locksmith is the only locksmith I will use.

Our vestibule door is the original, our building was built in 1902. The door knob on the inside of the vestibule door came out and we couldn't exit the building. We used a door jam until Nick was able to come out on Monday. He was right on time and assessed the problem, stating that the screws and threads had been stripped and the inner workings stripped. Therefore we needed a whole new keyed locking system. As our door is quite hold, he has to really work on this. He had to leave and get different parts to fit our old door. Once everything was installed he went the extra mile and coordinated the vestibule door key with the outer door, so now we only need one key for both doors. n Then when he was done, he cleaned up not only where he had been working, but also the surrounding area. Nick, was all so very pleasant and never showed he was frustrated with the ime it was taking to get everything to work correctly. I will always call Non Stop.

They were able to fit us in on a Saturday and were punctual (within the time frame given to us). One man rekeyed our locks and he was very quick. All the keys and locks work very well.

We first called NonStop because several doorbells/buzzers in our 18 unit building were not working. For one tier (of three) NonStop recommended replacement of the doorbell panel. Which we did and now those doorbells work (they were never inoperable in the firts place). For the two other tiers NonStop was unable to correct the problem after two visits. Bells with which we never had a problem were not working after their visit. They said they would come out a third time (and charge us for a service call) if the problem they diagnosed on the third visit was different than the one they "fixed" on the previous visit. No thanks. And as a customer service note I found it a little ironic that, when the technician arrived at the property he only called the on-site contact (a unit owner) and did not ring the doorbell when there was no answer on the phone (he was given the incorrect phone number to call). When there was no answer on the phone, he left the property.

It went very well. He arrived on time and promptly finished the work.
