Description of Work: We locked ourselves out of our apartment. We called for service, arranged a time that suited us. When the locksmith arrived he quickly got to work whilst he explained the process: 1st try picking the lock, 2nd try shunting (an option in our case) and lastly drill out the lock. Once we got in we had to provide proof of address and then he invoiced and we paid. Fortunately he managed to pick the lock (cheapest) which ended up being $115 all done. I knocked the rating for price just because it wasn't clear how the coupon saved you anything but honestly I think its the going rate. Probably only took 30 mins including paying.

Description of Work: They did a great job. The cost was considerably higher than the verbal estimate. They forgot to tell me about the $90 charge to remove the broken cylinder from the commercial glass door and other charges were higher. Great work though.

I've never seen such an excellent quality of locks and I'm sure those will be longer in that house than I'm planning to be! Intercom is user friendly, reliable and modern. I feel I received superb quality for reasonable price. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Description of Work: We called NonStop because the locks in our new house were super cheap and they were giving out on us. I called at noon and Brent arrived at 2! He was super friendly, informative, nice to my kids and cleaned up after himself. He explained the difference between our cheap locks and the ones he was installing. We had new locks (dead bolt and door knob) on 3 separate doors. I can't tell you what peace of mind it brought our family! He made us a ton of keys and even keyed all of the doors in our house the same so we don't look like janitors. Great experience. I'll use them repeatedly.

Description of Work: Called Non-Stop Locksmith and within an hour Adam showed up and re-keyed the locks on both our front and back doors. We thought we might need a new lock on the back door but he assured us it was still in good working condition. He was knowledgeable and courteous and we would definitely call this company again.
