Mike was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and hard working gentlemen. He takes his time and does a thorough job. Even if it runs him a bit late, he will get it done. The carpets are not only clean, but they are now soft and plush again which is a benefit I didn't even expect! Will certainly contract Neptune for all my carpet and tile cleaning needs.
