Our dog had been ill and we contacted Neptune the Sunday before Christmas. They agreed to come out and do our carpets on our requested date of December 22nd. Neptune showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets and a rug. They were able to get all the stains out which was a miracle to me. We had beautiful, clean carpets for Christmas.

She sent someone out the next day which was the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The owner came out within the window they gave me and spent four hours cleaning every area requested, even under the beds which I never expected. The carpet hadn't been cleaned since I moved in three years ago. It looks and smells amazing! I 'll have them back yearly and will recommend to my business clients. I'm beyond happy!! These people are very professional and nice to boot. The worker came earlier than expected ready to work. Some spots on my upholstery I was concerned they wouldnâ t come out, but he worked it and scrubbed it and prayed and they were out. My furniture looks like it did when it arrived from the store brand new. I will definitely call them again.
