Description of Work: I called them to clean out our dyer vent. The team was on time, very professional, and completed the job very quickly. Though I think the price is a little high, they are inline with the going rate for this work. I do recommend their service.

Description of Work: I received a response to my service inquiry within what seemed like minutes and the conversation included a detailed explanation of all that would be done. I received a call the morning of the appointment, letting me know the techs would be at my house within the hour. They arrived promptly and explained the entire procedure to me prior to starting. They removed all supply and return vents and showed me some of the build up of 25+ years prior to vacuuming throughout. One worked in the crawl space to access the ducts while the other worked from the vent side. I had not realized the impact on the air quality in my house before seeing all the stuff in the ducts but since the cleaning I haven't had to dust for 2 weeks. I have a cat and 2 dogs and have had pets for 22 years. Before the cleaning, new dust was apparent within days of dusting. I recommend this to anyone who hasn't had their ducts cleaned for years or at all.

Description of Work: They were supposed to perform duct cleaning on 2 furnaces in my residence. After 45 minutes, the workman said they wouldnt do the job because there was asbestos present. I asked where? He showed me a 12 inch piece of duct tape on a vent joint. I said the whole system was duct taped. He said that piece was different and would be happy to put me in touch with a "special" asbestos inspection removal and disposal company they commonly use. After the 12 inch piece of "asbestos" was gone they would come back. Not a chance. Special charges to they unlucky homeowner should they try this tactic on you. I called another fully certified company who came out, inspected the system and will perform the work for less than this company without the "Ohhhh you need special more costly handling" nonsense.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the heating vents. They also attempted to clean my dryer vent but found that the tubing was too long in size, and because of that it was all clogged up. They in turn put the right length of tubing in and my dryer hasn't worked this good in 8 years. They did an excellent job. Very professional.

Description of Work: Mr Duct cleaned all of the duct work in my condo unit from my heating and air conditioning unit through the air registers in each room. The two men worked efficiently and left no mess. They explained what they were going to do and all went as planned. The whole process took a little over an hour. I was very pleased with their attitude, conduct, and quality of service.
