They were good and efficient. The new home still had the lingering smell of the previous owner's dog, however, that went away after the duct cleaning (and carpet cleaning). We would hire again in a few years when we need the ducts cleaned.

Not only was Mr. Duct reasonably priced and lightening quick to action, both Sergio and Corey were extremely personable and professional. Sergio even stayed until nearly midnight to see that the job was done. Last but not least at all, we accidentally overpaid and were notified of our error immediately. As someone in the service industry as chef/owner of a Michelin starred restaurant, I really can't say enough about this experience!

I still haven’t received the photos. They came out right away, were prompt and responsive. They accidentally left one vent closure undone but came back out fixed it the same day. Workers were polite.

We have used Mr Duct several times over the years however I had forgotten their name when I went to Angi's list. When I saw their name I knew they were the company I wanted to use so I reached out to them, got a very reasonable quote and hired them to clean our A/C ducts and dryer vent. Julian was very professional and not only arrived on time but did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend using Mr Duct to anyone looking to have their A/C ducts and dryer vents cleaned.

Great service—friendly clear and fast

Easy process. The gentlemen that performed the service were very nice and explained the various steps to the process. Seeing photographs of before and after were amazing. I will definitely be using this company for future needs.

Got in same day. Cleaned my dryer vent and replaced the cage on the outside of my second floor condo since it was basically chicken wire that was blocking all of the lint. Professional, quick and fair pricing.

The Tech that came out did a fabulous job

Everything went great! Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Serviceman was on time, very friendly and informative. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend Mr Duct and use them again.

While polite, they had no clue what they were doing. Upon beginning the job; my power surged 3 times, which obviously knocked out my internet while I was trying to work. How do they not know the amount of power their tools require? The temp began to drop in my home on the coldest day of 2022. After they left, I realized THEY had cranked my thermostat up to 72 and I had no heat. I called to have them return; they began flipping my entire electrical panel, knocking out the whole house again; despite all the switches being clearly labeled. They admitted they blew out the furnace fuse; they had to leave to purchase a new one, which did not work. It was 54 degrees in my house while it was -5 degrees outside by the time an HVAC tech arrived to "fix the problem"; they had turned off the furnace, the HVAC tech turned it on. Also, the kitchen and 1 bedroom never had the vents removed. On Jan 1, I changed my filter as I do monthly to find a whole layer of debris covering the filter. Updated: I was contacted by the company after my review was posted and offered compensation in the form of a credit to my account

Great job. Both techs were great and very informative of what they were doing through the whole event. Can't say enough about their service.

No idea about the actual duct cleaning quality, but the techs were very sloppy. Took me an hour to clean after them, scratched the floors in multiple locations. Over screwed and messed up a few of the vent grills. Took the electronic filter out, had no idea how to put it back together. Took the humidifier out to use the hole, glad I checked, as they had put it upside down. You boys, just careless, would not hire again. Really don't need someone coming in and creating more problems and work for me.

I am very satisfied with the job. Scott arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He kept me informed about what he was doing and provided some helpful tips. After the cleaning, he showed me the before and after airflow readings to let me know how much the air flow from the dryer was improved. At the end of the job he left the site nice and clean. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Andrew and his assistant were very professional in their approach to cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. The services they provided were totally consistent with how they describe their approach to the service they provide. This included the very helpful before and after pictures taken which would convince anyone of the need to have this work performed in their homes.
