They were worse than awful; I tried to get them to deliver my furniture before the 28th of the month so they would not charge me the storage fee for the next month. They delivered my stuff on the 29th and still charged me for the next month. 
the first thing off of the truck was broken; they told me it was broken because I did not use their boxes but ones I bought elsewhere. Every single broken item or crushed box; this was there response. 
You don't tell them when you get your stuff delivered; they tell you when it will be delivered. 
I was a bad experience and I would not recommend them to anyone!
