I have been using them for years. They show up and do the job. If you are on their list, they always do your landscaping and snow.

I have a good experience with them. The response was a little bit slow but it was great. Price was fair and good.

I have used this excellent company for several years. They take great care of my lawn and they bring a snowblower to clear my walkways in the winter. They are good people who are prompt and efficient. They take care of the bushes and shrubs. They are on time every week and they work quickly and efficiently.

Called to get a spring cleaning and aeration, gave me a quote the next day, came out the following day

They were always on time and were good people. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them.

My experience was not the greatest. I had asked them to put down fertilization and I didn't think it looked like that had been done. They staff was fairly friendly and professional. I found the pricing to be a little high. They were not as punctual as I had hoped for them to be. I would not recommend Eand L Landscaping to others.

Our Association contracted with Medina for our courtyard planting/maintenance, ongoing upkeep of the courtyard and snow removal. After the initial work was completed (about $3,000) their on-going service deteriorated . They missed scheduled visits, lost our keys, and had their service workers bang on our front window (multiple times) to get into the courtyard to perform their work. When I would call the office to speak to owner's wife - I would be given a variety of excuses as to why she wasn't available. My phone messages would go unreturned. I finally called to cancel my service and ask for my keys to be returned only to be told that ..."they have many keys and it will take some time for them to determine which key belongs to my property". Needless to say I am not counting on the keys ever being returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone - ever.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MEDINA LAWNCARE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. WHEN I FIRST CALLED, MY PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED THE SAME DAY. CARLOS WAS HAPPY TO SET UP A EVENING APPOINTMENT WITH ME TO MEET MY SCHEDULE. HE HAD GREAT IDEAS FOR THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND I WAS AT EASE WITH HIS SUGGESTIONS. WITHIN 5 DAYS I HAD A WRITTEN QUOTE SENT TO ME FOR THE WORK. WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE, IT WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT AND HARD WORKING. WATCHING THEM REPLACE THE SIDEWALK WAS AN EXPERIENCE. ONCE THE CEMENT WAS POURED THEY WORKED LIKE ARTISTS TO MAKE SURE THE JOB LOOKED TERRIFIC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
