Service was outstanding they arrived earlier than they said they would, the 4 guys were super professional and hard working finished they job in less than the estimated time and all my furniture and belongings were treated very carefully. Kudos to the H2H Movers company and thank you for making my move a whole lot less stressful. I will recommend them to my friends and family and for sure will use them again if I ever move again! I originally had an appointment with another company but had second thoughts after a few red flags. I found H2H on Yelp with great reviews and decided to take a chance. Not only were they available when I needed them, they showed up exactly at the time we agreed on (none of that two hour window nonsense). The movers were polite, professional, and knocked out unloading the whole truck quickly. Given the very reasonable price I didn't know what to expect, but I couldn't be happier with the result and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for moving help.

We hired H2H movers and couldn't have been happier. They were super fast, respectful of our furniture, prompt (arrived down to the minute of when they said they would), and finished the job in much shorter time than expected. My wife and I were very happy with the move and Dmitriy and his crew were great. Movers showed up early, worked fast, and finished in 4 hours when we were quoted for 5. They were very careful with all of our furniture and boxes. I've had some bad experiences with movers - so this was great. I will definitely use H2H again.

It went very well. They were very courteous, extremely helpful and very very quick. It was seriously amazing how little time it took to move, do you ever hear anyone say that? Also- they were kind enough to help me assemble a few pieces before they left. Highly recommend!

Best experience yet with a moving company. Workers were right on time, fast, professional, and organized. They recommended 4 guys due to a third floor walk up, and I'm glad they did. Even taking a couple boxes myself, I was really impressed with how the workers managed to keep moving and get the job done quickly. They provided wardrobe boxes, tape, blankets, and took care of everything. Excellent work.

It was raining on moving day. Crew brought no floor or shoe protection, so our hardwood floors and upstairs carpets were really trashed. I brought some heavy paper left over from a prior construction project and tried to wipe up the hardwood periodically, but frankly the crew should have been more careful. We had to have the carpet professionally cleaned. The crew also left empty tape rolls and other trash throughout the townhouse, which I had to clean up. The crew also damaged 5 different pieces of furniture during the move, in addition to a wall and door trim when they knocked over a heavy table. My husband and I repaired the wall damage ourselves. H2H did pay us the $.30 per pound insurance required in the contract, which was minimal (under $200). They also reimbursed us for the carpet cleaning. They did pick up 3 of the furniture items to have them repaired - but it was over 5 weeks before we go the items back, and one table was repaired very poorly. The office staff was nice and generally responsive, but we had too much trouble with this crew to recommend.

They said my job was under their minimum, $5000. This was less than most of my other quotes, plus it was a firm price, not an estimate that could go way up after it was too late to change. They were also willing to load at three locations without charging more and take everything that would fit in the truck for the one price. They arrived with a 28' truck and 6 guys to load and got it done pretty fast. I was worried that everything would not fit but they were pros at packing the truck and got everything on including a ponytail palm too big to go in my car. They did not use many moving pads or other padding/wrapping which surprised me and did result in a few scratches. Two young men drove down in the truck, and I had to hustle to be sure to get here before them! When they arrived they had lost the key to the padlock on the truck so they spent an hour beating on the lock with everything they could find and finally broke it. Possibly because of this they got tired by the end and somewhat less careful about what went where but I was too tired to care by then myself. They remained cheerful throughout and worked very hard. The only extra charges were 3% for using a credit card which I had to do because there is no cell service at my new place and of course no internet hooked up yet so I could not do Chase Quickpay. Also a small amount for packing materials. Also they were willing to work on Sunday and even on Labor Day so the job got done much sooner than the big movers were willing to do.

THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY POLITE, CAREFUL AND WELL ORGANIZED. I WOULD DEFINITELY REHIRE THEM, IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

I purchased a used sofa and love seat and needed to have them moved to my home. I was able to get H2H to come out with 48 hours notice. They showed up on time, actually a little early, and got right to work. They put a blanket around each piece and then shrink wrapped both pieces so that they wouldn't get dirty. When they arrived at my house they set everything up and even took my old sofa and love seat to the curb for me at no extra charge. This is the second time I've used H2H and they did a great job both times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We hired H2H to move a sofa and loveseat from a house a few miles away to our house. It was hard for them to get the sofa out the door. They had to remove part of the screen door. But they did it without damaging the sofa or the door. They also replaced the piece on the door. I was very impressed with their work. They were very professional and knew their stuff.

They estimated completion in three hours. I was skeptical, but sure enough they worked hard and got the job done in three hours flat. Incredible.

The office was VERY responsive to all the questions we had regarding the move. The movers were polite and careful with our stuff. The move went smoothly and there were no damages.

H2H was fabulous! Not only were they able to accommodate our schedule on very short notice, they were extremely efficient and professional through it all starting with the scheduler on the phone to the packers and the movers. They packed up the apartment and got everything moved in a very short time. They were very careful in packing everything so it all arrived in mint condition. They were also very careful moving the furniture in and out of the units making sure not to hit any walls going in or out. I supervised the moved because my husband had to be out of town. I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and this was the best move ever. At the end of the day, the movers commented on how much I was smiling throughout the move. I will definitely use them if I have to move again.

Very good- the guys showed up on time and moved quickly. They were friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend these guys again and will use them when I move out of my storage unit.

Everything went very smoothly! They completed the work in less time than expected and they worked very well together throughout the morning. I would 100% hire them again and recommend them to friends and family moving in the Chicagoland area.

I love H2H Movers. This is my 3rd time using the company and everything was great as always. They are very professional and responsive from the start. You provide them with a list of items you expect to be moving and they send you an estimate. They list out in detail how much they estimate your moving costs to be, so there is no surprises. To book is a $50 fee which is applied towards your moving cost. They don't charge you for things you don't use. I aways have all my boxes tape and use my own shrink wrap. The movers themselves are awesome. There is no goofing off on the clock. They get you stuff, load it up and on to the final destination. I have rented mostly in condo buildings and those places have strict moving guidelines including mandatory elevator reservations and fines if you go over you allotted time slots. With H2H I have never had any issues because they are very punctual. I have had ZERO issues with any items being broken, missing, wall/elevator damage, etc during the 3 years I have used them. The movers are both friendly, helpful and respectul. As a women it is important to me to feel relatively safe with the people that are helping me move. I have always felt at ease with their entire crew. Again, I have used H2H Movers for three separate apartment moves. So this is not coming from someone who lucked out on one good experience. I highly recommend this moving company and will continue to call on them for any future moves.
