The guys were fast and efficient, asked appropriate questions and followed my direction well. The estimate was for 3.5 hours and they finished in under 3 so I was charged less than the estimate amount. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received- from the quick response to my initial inquiry, to the professionalism of the crew. I have a lot of professional musical equipment and they handled it with the utmost care.

The move went extremely well. The time and cost estimated for the move were spot on. The men worked fast and carefully with our items. They were professional and efficient. I contact two other moving companies to request quotes for this move. One never returned my call and the other didn't email me the quote in the time he said he would and when he did email me no quote was attached. I called H2H and got an in person quote the next day! Also I signed the contract for the move about four days before the actual move date.

It went really well. I'm going to use them again when my daughter comes home from school. All the stuff H2H moved from her apartment last May is still where they left it in my house - it needs to go into her new place when she gets one! Probably in January (I hope!)

The move went smoothly and quickly. The movers were able to clear out my storage locker and my 1 br apartment and move all my stuff to my new apartment in less than 1.5 hours. Very fast and professional.

H2H Movers were fantastic. I could be more pleased. EVErythibg made it safely to its destination. Not only didn’t it get done it took about half the time they’ve quoted me. They showed up with four guys ready to work and they didn’t **** to stretch out the time the moves quickly, yet safely. There are a lot of moving companies but I can’t say enough about these guys. Moving is always not easy and could come with unexpected troubles. I have to say the only thing that went trough smoothly and with no issues at all was the job done by H2H movers. The appointment process was straightforward and the price was extremely competitive among all the quotes I made. After an appointment was made, the agent gave a confirmation call one day prior the moving date. Ob the day of moving, the movers called me about 30 minutes before their arrival. These strong and friendly guys showed up on time and began to work immediately. They were super professional and move all the stuffs carefully and efficiently. It only took about 30 minutes to load the items. I didn't hire movers a lot but I have the say the time was far less than I expected. Then the unloading had no difference and everything was under control. All of the works got done within 2.5 hours, even less than the estimated time on the quotes. H2H movers did an surprisingly great job and saved us time and money. All five stars for the movers as well as the agents. Definitely recommend to anyone in Chicago.

Movers were punctual and had texted the day before and the morning of the move.

I priced out a few moving outfits. They seemed to me the most professional and affordable. Very responsive. 3 Man crew showed up promptly at 9. One of the neighbors complained about us using the front door and the movers changed their plan and made it work, which I appreciated. They finished an hour early, the were professional and they didn't leave a mess.

Overall I am extremely satisfied. They quoted a 4 hour move, and the three man crew ended up finishing in approximately half the time. Fast and efficient, the crew was able to accomplish the move about an hour faster than I had estimated for myself (I had gotten rid of my mattress and some other items that the original quote had anticipated.) The only negative I can recall, and in retrospect it is very nit picky, was they did not cover and wrap my couch pieces. While nothing appears to be damaged, I would have appreciated this decision being mine, and at least being asked by the crew. They did appear to use blankets in the truck, and no damage was incurred, so this is more of a communication knock, then anything else. Ivan was a very good, and courteous leader. The crew was polite, and was very good in asking me where items went, and in helping to keep the clutter fairly organized. For cost and effectiveness, you cant be beat. The move was pretty seemless, and they crew did a great job to not break my bank account. Thank you H2H. Good communication on the back and front end as well, throughout the quoting, as well as following up to make sure services provided were up to the qualities and standards they want.

The move went very smoothly, I did not have to lift a finger. Movers were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very trustworthy and I felt comfortable having them complete my move.

The guys showed-up about on time (traveling from Chicago to Bolingbrook, in the morning, which is quite impressive with Chicago-area traffic.) M2M sent a crew of six movers and two 20' trucks. Once they got there, they began to work. First they packed all of my boxes onto the truck. Then they disassembled any furniture that needed disassembling, wrapped it, and loaded it onto the truck as well. At my new location, they first carried all furnishings in, reassembled, and set into place, so that once the boxes were brought in, the furniture would not be in the way. They finished the entire move, including travel from Bolingbrook to Downers Grove, in 5 hours! They were extremely courteous, helpful, organized, and respectful to other tenants in both buildings. Plus, I felt their price was very reasonable for the services and professionalism that they had provided. I had friends who have used other moving companies for smaller moves, who had to pay a lot more, ended-up with broken furniture/items, and a crew of only two or three guys. I strongly recommend H2H Movers to anyone considering a move anytime soon. Plus, before you start packing, ask them about their plastic totes, which they can provide instead of boxes, which might save you even more time and money finding, assembling, and then discarding cardboard boxes!

The movers were very friendly and very careful not damage any walls or furniture. They were done in half the time as previously scheduled. Can only recommend the company.

Great! They showed up on time prepared. They paid close attention to detail as to not damage the floors or the table. The one of a kind table is made out of reclaimed wood my father built, the table was damaged by DOLLY. Fortunately, it was repaired. The crew of 3 movers knew about the situation with the table when they arrived and knew how important and special the table was. They handled it with care. Yes I would recommend them.

Great. The movers worked hard and were quick and really accommodating. They tried three times to get a couch into the basement and were successful! They put up with a somewhat bossy relative who was directing them. I also changed the date of the move several times and everyone was super nice and accommodating over the phone.
