Pretty good. He was late for the appt. to measure but the rest of the experience was very positive and we are going to go with them for the window treatments

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted for our Arts & Crafts Style apartment in Hyde PArk--they came up with better & cheaper options. Installation was flawless, on-time, friendly & with good cleanup. I have already recommended them to friends & neighbors.

We reached out to Gotcha Covered and had an in-home consultation, during which we selected hunter douglas binds for all of the windows throughout our new condo. We looked at samples and made a selection of material and color, but when they arrived and were installed, we weren't happy with the headrail/hardware color that HD paired with the material we chose. Brian and the team at Gotcha Covered were awesome -- they worked with hunter douglas to have the headrails and hardware switched out, uninstalling the original blinds and reinstalling them later at no extra charge -- and we're totally thrilled with the result. They went way above and beyond in their customer service, making sure that were happy with the final product, and we would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly. We also had a screen-style hunter douglas blinds installed for the kitchen windows, a really great recommendation by Brian that we wouldn't have come to on our own, and they look fantastic.

They were very helpful, prompt and responsible. It will be some time before we can make final decisions, final dimensions can be taken and prices quoted. Our windows are being repaired. I can certainly respond to you when we are at a future stage.

I met with Gilberto initially to talk about what I needed. He was very helpful showing me various designs in the show room, which has a very good selection. He came to my home to review the area and make suggestions and measure. I then went back and chose a fabric from the showroom. The time frame between picking fabric and installation was reasonable. the installation was flawless. The craftsmanship fabricating the window treatments was excellent. Will use them again.

The results are wonderful. The shutters in the living are perfect for my windows and for my needs for privacy as well as light. All the other products are perfect as well. Gotcha Covered employees from Randy and Gilberto to the installers, Matt and Chris, were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. Randy and Gil made many recommendation and presented many options for each room. I liked the fact that they have a show rooom so I could see the products first hand. I was dealing with 29 windows so this involved a lot of decisions on type of covering, materials, color, etc. The staff was very cooperative and was willing to negotiate on the prices. The installers were very prompt and helpful in their job. There were a couple of issues which arose with the manufacturers of the shutters and the blinds, but Gotcha Covered handled these problems with my interests first and everything turned out better than I could have hoped. I now have a much more beautiful home. I have already recommended them to a family member and an associate.

All the people at Gotcha Covered were knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They provided excellent advice for making the best decorating choices for the windows/rooms in question as well as for a couple installation details.

They were very good. I am happy with their ideas and products. My daughter ended up hiring them as well. He chose the colors and styles for me even, his ideas were great. Everything looks great.

Excellent. Small delay in getting motorized section, but otherwise the process was very quick, efficient and enjoyable.

Gilberto handled the job -- he was extremely knowledgable, attentive, responsive and great to work with. The finished product was beautiful -- our curtains have never looked or worked better. Would definitely use again. A+

The experience was excellent, overall. I had originally gone into the store to have a couple of replacement shades made. I talked with Brian who convinced me that, while he could order the shades, I might be better served with stronger light-filtering shades. I left without ordering anything that day; but, I soon realized that Brian was right and, several weeks later, ordered shades for ours and our son's place. Brian did an excellent job listening to us and helping us decide on the right window coverings. We needed light-filtering shades and our son needed shades for privacy. Now that the shades have been installed, we couldn't be happier. The shades all fit well and do what they are supposed to do.

Since I had no idea where to look, I turned to Angie's list. From the first phone call, I had a wonderful experience. I spoke to the owner, Randy and we decided I should stop by the showroom to look at options. I was less than 15 minutes away so on a Saturday, I stopped by. I met the designer Gilberto and Randy as well. They looked at photos I had of the windows and made some recommendations. We then set up an appointment for them to come to my home to do measurements and see the space. They were prompt for the appointment and meticulous about the measuring. They also made further recommendations...... even some changes that saved me quite a bit of money. Gilbert made color recommendations and convinced me I should go with sheer draperies in the dining room. The living room would be blinds and the other rooms shades. While excited, I was still a bit nervous because I had no idea what the results would look like. I really wanted to have the work complete before Easter and they assured me it could happen. They were true to their word. Danny, the installer was early for the appointment and got started right away on the blinds. He hung the draperies in the dining room and started on the shades in the kitchen. Gilberto came by to oversee the sheers and told Danny to make some adjustments on the drapery rod. Once changed it looked perfect and Gilberto spent a lot of time making sure they hung just right, which was a challenge in my old Chicago bungalo. He took such pride in making it perfect. So impressive. Once everything was complete, I was absolutely delighted with the results. Their recommendations were right on and my Easter guests were quite impressed. I have never been 100% satisfied from start to finish with any company, until this experience. Everyone was so nice and seemed to really love what they do. So refreshing. No one ever seemed rushed. I only wish I had more windows so I could use their services again.

We sat with samples and then they came for measurements. They wanted to understand what I wanted and then they discussed what would go well in the rooms. One person came to fit the drapes. Wonderful experience.

My experience with Gotcha covered went well start to finish. I visited the store a while ago to see what they offered and narrowed down to 2 choices, honey combs or Pirouettes. Brian came out to measure the windows and brought samples of what the final product would look like. He was on time, patient, polite, helpful and never tried to upsell me on anything. He was very careful with his measurements (he double/triple checked his work) and the blinds were "made" according to the time frame he quoted. The staff (Danny?) who came out to install my blinds was just as diligent, he made sure he took his shoes off, cleaned up the windows and showed me how everything worked. The blinds look absolutely gorgeous and i couldn't have been happier.

Their quality is very good. They were very good in advising for the type of blinds to buy and were very helpful in taking advantage of manufacturers discounts. Their installation was very good as well. The blinds fit very close to the windows, yet without rubbing against them.

rBrian was so helpful and patient with me in my lengthy selection process. He came out twice to measure, was really thorough in making sure the type of window treatment would work with the size windows I have. Really helpful from product selection, to patterns to installation. I would definitely recommend Gotcha Covered and would go back to them for future window treatments!!

They were punctual, professional, honest & personable. Not pushy at all. We price was fair but also shared with us a rebate promotion which other companies didn't allude to. This saved us $200! We have some additional needs & will be going back!

Danny came to the house as promised, removed the broken shade and put up a temporary paper shade for privacy. The repaired shade came back in about a week or so. The charge was as follows: $75 trip charge $45 repair - which he told me is sent out to a separate shop. I felt the $75 trip charge was a little high, but I cannot take down and re-install these things, since I've never done it. The $45 repair was certainly reasonable. All in all, not unfair, but still a "B" rather than "A" on Price. Everyone at the company is pleasant and careful of your property when in the home. Definitely recommend.

The sales rep was extremely courteous and called when he was going to be like 2 minutes late. He measured and helped me select what I needed. When the window treatments were delivered to the warehouse, they called to schedule an appointment. The installer came right on time, and was very fast. He reviewed a few "dos and don'ts" with me. He also remove another blind that was in need of having the drawstring repaired. They expect to have that reinstalled within 5-7 days. It was a very pleasant, pain free experience and I would definitely use them again.

Gilbert was very prompt in contacting me following my Angie's List inquiry and we set up an appointment for me to go to the store. He was very helpful.

Two people came - I was exceptionally impressed! They not only had great ideas but they stayed very much in line with the modest budget I had provided. Extremely professional and talented! Pleasantly sensitive to us, not at all hard sell. Very very pleased with the experience -- I will ultimately go to their showroom to see firsthand all the choices they described (and showed me in their sample books).

I found Gotcha Covered on Angie's List after my designer had insisted on plain roller blinds. I had specific ideas for filtering sunlight, access to a balcony, keeping the lake view. Randy's team worked with my schedule, helped me in selecting what would work and stayed on my budget. The installation had to be precise, to line up the shades and create the tailored look I was going for. I was not onsite at the time of installation. By that point I had confidence I did not need to be there. After a few months, I am still very happy with the selections. My experience with Gotcha Covered was one of the easiest in my condo renovations.

They did a very nice job. They were very accommodating and flexible.

It’s another excellent and top notch organization. We had previously arranged for some shutters and the installer was going on vacation so they asked us if it would be alright before he left and came out on 4th of July to install the shutters. We were home so there was no problem.
