Project went very well.

We heard some noises behind the kitchen wall and suspected squirrels had gotten in through a hole near the roof. Called Gavin; they seemed knowledgeable about the pests involved and were able to send someone out that day with a couple of traps, which were placed on our roof. Caught 1 by the next morning, and they came out and got it, caught the 2nd one by the next night and they retrieved that one the next day. After that, no more noises in the walls. I sealed up the hole in the roof myself and we've had no problems since. The price was maybe a little bit high ($250), considering really all they did was put out traps then come get them again, so I guess the premium is worth it somewhat to have it done quickly and without any hassle.

They were quick to respond and take care of the problem. Very nice and personable.

I spoke with Daniel on the phone and asked many questions about spraying for cockroaches. He did a good job assuring me that the spraying would be safe and how the spraying worked. They were very punctual for both of the appointments. Mike came out both times and was very patient and explained well how the spraying worked, that it wasn't harmful (we were concerned because the tenant has a dog) and where he would be spraying. We felt that the service was very good and worth the price.

We had a dead animal underneath our raised deck that we needed removed. We called Gavin around 6:30 pm, described the situation, and they indicated they would be at our house the next day between 9:30 and 11:30 am. By 11:15 am, no one had appeared, so we called to check with the receptionist and she indicated "John" would be calling us shortly. By 11:45 no one had called us. So we called the company again and the receptionist said they would NOT be able to perform the work and "John" would be calling to share this with us. It has been an hour since the above conversation and John STILL hasn't called. This is very frustrating. We had someone home, waiting, for half a day, in order to work with this company. In addition, we wasted half a day of not contacting other companies to get this dead animal removed (which is a health hazard) since we thought we had someone lined up to do the work. We are more than willing to be flexible when working with a company, and understand that a company in this line of work can have emergencies that get in the way of scheduled appointments. We wouldn't have had any issue with a delay in doing this job; all we ask for is communication and an explanation. What isn't acceptable is a complete no-show with no explanation.

They provided me with an estimate of the cost of trapping and removing squirrels that had chewed through my deck and built a nest underneath. They came to my place as soon as it was convenient for me and laid traps that caught the squirrels within a day. I called to let them know and they returned to remove the trapped squirrels immediately. Liam, the tech who came to my house, was polite and friendly and left me several phone messages to keep me informed. They were prompt, friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them.

They actually call and remind me to set up an appointment. They are very good. They even came out one time to move a bees nest and didn't charge me for it! I will continue to use them in the future and have even recommend them to other people.

He arrived on time. He and his assistant were pleasant and professional. They accomplished the work in about half an hour. He charged for one removal - not for six removals.

They were very nice and did exactly what they said they would. They also were very efficient.

This is a great company to work with. They installed two Hav-a-Heart traps in the attic and removed the squirrels they caught. They installed two more and removed the empty traps after a week. They brought their own bait and handled the animals humanely.

They responded well and did the job well. I haven't seen any ants since. They charged less than half of another company.
