Customer service was excellent. We were out of town while the work happened and Kyle sent updates everyday. They stuck to the timeline and had us back in our home when they said they would. When we came home we were amazed by how good our floors looked. Amazing job! We highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job on the floors at my condo! Kyle came out the day after I contacted him for an estimate and was able to give me a quote in no time. I had a tiled kitchen that needed to be leveled out, carpeted living area, and carpeted stairs that I wanted to replace with hardwood floors. The team did a phenomenal job on all of it. I cannot stress enough how great everything turned out and was well beyond what I even imagined. Kyle was fantastic at communicating, very fairly priced, and completed the project in good time. We hired Kyle and his team to remove our basement carpet and replace it with luxury vinyl plank wood look flooring. From the very first interaction through to the completion of the project, Kyle and his team were A++. Kyle is very communicative, friendly, professional and thorough. We made a couple of last minute decisions about or project that made things more difficult for them but the team handled them in stride and made things super easy for us. Leveled basement floors and installed a laminate wood flooring. The end product looks amazing! Final cost was 25% more than the initial quote, but I think that it was reasonable for how much additional unexpected leveling was required. Would use them again for any flooring needs.

Especially in what we call the current crisis, it was positively Therapeutic how Kyle and his folks held my hand through all the complications in a mostly Shut Down condo building, and the need for me to monitor this all Long Distance. You were So generous with your time!!

I hired Footprints to sand and refinish the first floor, stairs and landing of my house. They also replaced a number of broken/damaged boards and fixed up a section of floor that was originally been under a wall and had been poorly patched. Kyle was easy to work with, everything was very smooth and the results look fantastic! Would definitely hire them again!

Kyle is very conscientious, reliable and thorough to work with as the job was completed on time without any excuses or delays. I had a kitchen with a dated white ceramic tile floor that the team easily removed and installed a hardwood floor that seamlessly blends with the vintage hardwood floor throughout the unit after the old floor was sanded and stained the same hue.
